Luxurious, large, apartment with wonderful sea views close to beach & town. The apartment forms part of the 4 star Menzies Carlton Hotel with access to all hotel facilities including indoor and outdoor pools, gym, sauna and spa, free parking and wifi
The apartment is on the Ground Floor and has panoramic sea and garden views from the Isle of Wight all the way around to Poole from the enormous picture windows in the lounge and bedrooms. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, en-suite bedrooms and has both bath and shower facilities. Both bedrooms have large super king size beds that can be separated to form two twin beds if required. The bedrooms are extremely large and both have their own sitting areas, separate en-suite bathrooms and flat screen TVs. The lounge has a separate dining area, two large settees (one of which can be easily converted to a double bed), and two easy chairs. A large flat screen TV in the lounge provides access to a variety of satellite channels. The apartment has access to free unlimited Wi-Fi and has a phone in the lounge and both the bedrooms. The apartment is very well equipped and will be cleaned during the stay.
All the facilities of the Carlton Hotel are available to guests. The Carlton Hotel is a newly refurbished 4-star luxury hotel is set high on Bournemouth's East Cliff, and offers beautiful sea views, free parking, AA Rosette award-winning restaurant, gardens and a modern leisure centre. Frederick's Restaurant is set against the striking backdrop of the sea. Guests can enjoy classic cocktails and fine wines in the spacious bar. Fredrick’s restaurant serves a modern British menu and seasonal specials, and full English breakfasts are available daily. The leisure centre features a free-form seasonal outdoor swimming pool with a large terrace and bar. There is also an indoor conservatory pool with a sauna and hot tub, and a beauty rooms offering relaxing treatments. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from Bournemouth Pier. Bournemouth centre is a 15-minute walk away.
Access to the apartment is via the hotel reception. Any problems or queries during the stay are dealt with by the hotel reception.
The apartment can only be rented for a whole week from 25 June 2016. Check in on that date is from 16:00 and check out on 2 July 2016 is 10:00.
