This stunning apartment is right in the centre of Dublin. The location could not be better to access all that the Emerald city has to offer.
Within easy walking distance of the apartment we have 7 out 10 of Dublin's top ranked Restaurants. But most notably you can easily get to major landmarks such as The Guinness Factory, St Stephen's Green, Trinity College & the Famous Temple bar.
The apartment itself consists of 2 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a lovely spacious living area, and Kitchen.
The Master Bedroom has a King sized bed, covered in fine Egyptian linen. It has an en-suite bathroom with large walk in shower and bath.
Bedroom 2 has a large double bed. There is also a double sofa bed in the living room. As the sun rises it beams into the room, a lovely time to have your first Coffee or Tea whilst you slowly wake. Or maybe have your breakfast on the balcony. This apartment comfortably sleeps 6 adults plus a baby cot, because as well as the 2 large beds (4 people) we have 2 fold out single beds. These can be set up in either bedroom or in the spacious lounge. A second bathroom has a walk in shower as well. All towels & toiletries are freshly restocked before your arrival.
The kitchen is a fully integrated, fully fitted space of splendour. It has everything you could possibly need including washer/dryer, dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge-freezer and microwave. All cutlery, crockery, utensils and clean tea towels are supplied.
The large living area is an ideal place for everyone to relax. For those who need it we have 150mb super fast broadband. It is accessible from all over the apartment via our WiFi. It is also a place you can watch TV if you have the time, we have some 150 channels of cable TV.


From the lobby you can take our fast lift right to your apartment door. You have whole place to yourself. As our guest you have full access to a 5 star health centre (gym, pool, sauna, hot tub) just off Grafton Street.


Upon arrival you will be met personally and shown the apartment. There is nothing like meeting a friendly face to greet you and introduce you to your new environment. We will guide you around the apartment, ensuring everything is familiar to you. We can inform you of the best spots outside the apartment to visit, be it bar, club, restaurant or landmark.


I live in my second apartment a few short meters up the road. So it only takes a phone call and I can be there very quickly to help you all I can.

Lots of positives available at this location. It's a modern unit in a modern building on the 7th floor. We didn't see or hear many people (one of our cab drivers actually said he'd thought no one lived there) in the building. The apartment has many large windows and a balcony that looks out onto water. The views at night were lovely. There were plenty of clean linens and the space was tidy. The kitchen is open and welcoming; it also has everything you could need. The second bedroom was quite small, as was the living room. There were two small pullout beds but it would have been difficult to find space for both of them. There were four adults and one child in my group. The location was great. The Marker Hotel, the theatre, and several food shops and restaurants were a very short walk away. The City Center and shopping at Grafton Street were also a walk or short cab ride away. Check in was seamless; so was check out. The Cons: The listing says there is a gym/spa included; however it is located more than 20 minutes from the apartment. So, not a true amenity in my opinion. There was one television in the entire unit (perhaps a function of limited space), and it has limited channels. There is a water heater in a closet in the unit that made noise throughout the night and day. It wasn't horrible, but sounded like a dishwasher or shower was running. The balcony has a great view, but has zero furniture. So, there was no way to spend more than a few minutes out there. Beware of leaving windows and balcony door open on the water side; we left all windows open and went for a walk to return to maybe a hundred mosquitoes. This was our fault, as we left the windows and doors open with the lights on (but, in our defense, we were not warned in advance!). The worst issue for my group: the sewer smell in the bathrooms. The bathrooms had a pretty bad smell that made using them pretty tough. Adam came by right away to flush the pipes with bleach and add a plug-in; this helped some. My cons are small and should not discourage you from renting this unit. Great customer service, great location, great kitchen, tidy unit that has all you will need with fabulous views.

Great views! Location is convenient to cafes, restaurants and a great market for groceries. Views of the ocean, as well as the city. For reference, it was about an easy, safe 20-25 minute walk to St. Patrick's Cathedral. We enjoyed our stay.

The location wasn't exactly what I would consider "City Centre" but - that having been said everything else about this place was perfect! Can't beat the cost, given the astounding views of Dublin and the harbor. The balcony was a gift!....clean, comfortable beds, restaurants close by.

Good location, about a 15 minute walk to Temple Bar area. Nice place with super view of city. Easy access to taxis, off street parking a plus.

The apartment has a lovely view, the balcony is particularly pleasant, and the location is very close to the many companies in the Grand Canal neighborhood. Check-in and check-out were flexible. All advertised features of the apartment were available. We stayed about a week. Our host was exceptionally responsive during our check-in (which was very early), and also when we had problems with the building and apartment. Though our host was very responsive and worked to rectify the problems, I don't feel comfortable omitting the problems that were encountered, especially since I was traveling with two elderly parents and two small children and the problems were particularly hard for them. The hot water failed in the apartment twice over two days, and had to be repaired by a plumber after the second failure. The elevator wasn't working for an entire day on the weekend (and the apartment is on a high floor)--I realize that this is probably not something that the host could have prevented. Finally, the apartment has remote-controlled mechanical blinds, and while lowering the blinds with the remote one of the very heavy blinds assemblies fell out of the wall and landed on a couch--luckily no one was nearby when it fell.

Very modern and nice area to stay at. The price during the weekday is great for what all is included in your stay.
