Jasmin was prompt in his communication and met us at a cafe bar near the apartment. He apologized for the slight wait and took us to the apartment. Since he had another family to check in as well, he was quite brief with us, but informative, providing a map, tips on how to spend our time and where to eat.
The apartment is just as it appears in the photos. The shower is good, and the water is hot. The building is 500 years old, and the floors creak very loudly (most people would wake up to someone walking across the room), but the room is nicely renovated.
There was no frying pan or extra blankets in the room, and only one towel, so Jasmin brought some to us when I messaged him. Later, when we were going to bed, we realized that the bed wasn't made up with any sheets or pillowcases. It was quite late, so when I messaged Jasmin, he told us to check the other unlocked apartments in the building (he manages two others there that were not rented) and that he'd contact the cleaning lady to bring others. We made do with what we found (although not complete sheet sets), since even the next day, the ones brought to us were two flat sheets for a single bed.
Apart from this, the apartment certainly met our needs, and the location was perfect. We ate one night in the restaurant right below us (Santa Croce) and had an excellent meal there! Jasmin let us stay as long as we wanted on our check out day, which was appreciated!
I'd recommend a stay here for the good location and price.
