Charming secure and private stone fronted bungalow near CBD, transport, restaurants, pub, and Adelaide Cricket Ground. Private garden, secure off street parking and the front of house only available as owners in rear shared with B&B available. Two separate Bedrooms available with Queen Bed and separate private lounge and bathroom facilities. Laundry available if required. Private gardens, coffee and tea making facilities and basic breakfast provisions provided.


A large character home close to the city, transport, restaurants and the cricket ground. The house has up to three bedrooms available for use and is the front original section of the home, with lounge room and bathroom. Ideal for a small family of up to 4. Note - Owners live in rear of house so is shared. Access to kitchen can be discussed. NO SMOKING.


Up to three bedrooms, bathroom and lounge with TV and open gas fireplace available. Off street parking and gardens. Swimming pool in summer. Note it is the front half of the house available to rent - owner lives in the rear. Laundry facilities can be made available, kitchen only for tea and coffee making. Very private. NO SMOKING.


Owner lives in the house at the rear. Can provide breakfast if required at extra cost. Can use kitchen for tea and coffee making only. Other meals can be negotiated if convenient. Host is available in the house but live separately in the rear of the home.


Large rooms, built in robes, R/C aircon and ceiling fans. Gas fire in lounge and large TV with Foxtel. Wifi internet access available. Kitchen only available for tea and coffee making as owners use the kitchen normally. Laundry facilities can be made available.

No parties, need to be polite, quiet and clean and tidy. No smoking at all on the property. Tea and coffee making facilities available in the kitchen if required. Owners use kitchen but can provide some meals or breakfasts if required at extra cost which can be negotiated.

Craig was an excellent host and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay again for sure - location was great, suggestions for dinner were great as was the house and the facilities available to us. Thanks Craig we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!

Professional man, enjoys meeting new people and making friends. Great cook and bbq, play golf and ride motorcycles.
