785 sq. ft. Open kitchen concept. West facing view, close to outdoor pool. Each unit has it's own private entrance. This unit has a security system. Quiet corner unit with large balcony & BBQ. The condo is on the 2nd floor, so there is a flight of stairs you must walk up. Inside: the kitchen & LR area on the main floor, bathroom & 2-bedrooms on 2nd floor. An extra person could sleep on the couch. The smaller bedroom has a twin futon chair/bed & desk. There is a queen sized bed & TV in the master.
4 people max, but condo is better suited (long term) for 2 individuals (one room each) - or 2 adults & a child. For short term rentals, I have had a family of 4 use the space, with the one adult child using the living room couch, or an air bed. I can provide an air bed if needed.
I am willing to rent the condo out from Jan. 1, 2017-April 30, 2017 - all utilities included. Longer term into 2016 may be available (if needed). Multiple month rental during this period will be at a rate of $1,750/month. Please contact me for more details.
Outdoor pool & there is a green space located in front of the unit. Walking distance to a SuperStore grocery store & Portage Avenue. There are also several shops located nearby. In-suite Laundry. TVs & Internet included. Weekly Maid service available if required - for a charge. 1 outdoor parking stall included in the rental fee.
I will meet you upon arrival & when you check-out. Refunds are based on AirBnB terms.
Located in the Westwood area, which is approx. 15 minutes from downtown Winnipeg. It is a very safe & quiet neighborhood, and there are several restaurants within walking distance of the condo. There is also a creek & a scenic, long walking-biking path nearby. You can also walk to grocery (SuperStores & Health Food Store) & other amenities.
Buses run East & West on Portage Avenue & are within easy walking distance. Buses to downtown & the University of Winnipeg run every few minutes.
To get to the University of Manitoba, you would have to take a bus heading East (downtown), then transfer to one heading South. The perimeter highway is a fast way to access UofM, and the highway is about 5 minutes West of the condo. 12-15 minute drive to get downtown.
You have the entire condo at your disposal, pool & green-space access. There are a dishwasher, washer & dryer in the unit.

No smoking inside the unit or you will lose your damage deposit. Smoking on the balcony is permitted. Small pets are allowed, but there will be a $25 per day, per pet surcharge (negotiable for longer rentals). For long term rentals (exceeding one month), maximum of 3 adults in the unit, or 2 adults and 1 child.
Cancel up to 7 days before your trip and get a 50% refund. Cancel within 7 days of your trip and the reservation is non-refundable.
When I travel I like places that are quiet (very light sleeper/insomniac). I also like to do "local" things, rather than eating, drinking, etc., at large, corporate entities. I also like places that are kept clean & tidy, which is why I "declutter" my condo for my guests; and why my condo tends to show more like an executive suite.
