Grass-root glamping in Pembrokeshire - but don't let the pastoral setting fool you. Lottie is a well travelled lady having had many adventures driving across Europe as far as Budapest, and twice to Morocco.
Lottie's interior is cosily clad inside with natural timber and an assortment of recycled & reclaimed shelves and storage.
A log burner keeps things toasty in cooler months (along with well insulated walls) opposite which, is the cooking area and further back is somewhere to sit and relax - one side of which can be used as a child's bed. The double bed is over the driving cab at the front (all bedding is included).(URL HIDDEN)One of the dishes picked up in Morocco was the tagine, this is in the truck and comes from the very northern mountain range called the Rif. Cooking in this one-pot wonder dish is simple! Prepare your meat or vegetables according to the recipe, then on the metallic slip mat (important this is used) you can slowly heat the tagine clay dish above, feed in your oil, spice and ingredients accordingly and cook till potatoes soft, then turn off, leave lid on (dish will still cook as tagine is hot) and enjoy with bread or couscous.
Where possible we've kept in tune with the ethos of Lottie on site by pulling together recycled materials and made a small deck area with table and chairs. It's a peaceful space, ravens cronk as they fly over and it's perfect for watching the sun go down over the Pembrokeshire countryside.
Lottie is adjacent to a small hamlet of holiday cottages at the end of a private lane, a few minutes from Solva. Sitting at the edge of a tree lined field, the open door and decking have been oriented to overlook the open countryside.
If you feel the need for some cosy, back to basics glamping - with a hint of travel and Moroccan adventure, Lottie could well be the girl for you! Grass roots glamping in lovely countryside yet just minutes from the stunning Pembrokeshire coast.

A holiday isn't just about where we put our heads at night. It’s about the whole experience; exploring new places, sampling new food and creating memories. Our aim to find you unique places to stay, in areas of outstanding beauty. What about a luxury tree house for two, a super family holiday in a yurt or off-grid cottage?
The team at Quality Unearthed visit each abode personally (somebody has to do it!) to ensure it provides the kind of experience we can wholeheartedly recommend.
