Consists of 3 BEDROOMS. Master bedroom is spacious and holds a double bed (lots of room for a fold out or blow up mattress). Second bedroom holds 2 single beds. Third bedroom is situated at the back consisting of a foldout double sofa. All linen and towels are provided.
BATHROOM is immaculate and also includes a freestanding claw foot bath for a relaxing bubble bath. There is also a shower and extra toilet in the laundry situated downstairs, plus a third toilet in the garage. Water temperature can be adjusted and set to preferred setting.
The entire house has central heating that can be adjusted to your liking. Front master bedroom has ceiling fan. Back room has an aircon unit and downstairs living room has a beautiful fully functional gas fireplace.
KITCHEN is modern and clean, including Caesar stone bench tops. Bi fold doors open up to a sunny courtyard.
Small courtyard with gas BBQ and clothesline. Double garage and clothes dryer in case it rains.
Public transport - Both Stanmore and Newtown station are a stroll away. Also buses are available nearby.
