From the balcony entrance, you enter onto a room that was previously used as an office. We have converted it into a sleeping room with a double bed. Please note that it is technically a common area and does not have full privacy from the other rooms. It does have a wooden screen to provide semi-privacy.
BEDS: Mattresses are PLUSH and come with a mattress topper. Most guests are very pleased with the bedding. However, if you prefer a firm mattress, these would probably not suit you.
PARKING: One REGULAR-SIZED parking space is provided in the driveway for guests. Please note, the parking space and driveway is not suitable for large over-sized SUVs like a Chevy Tahoe or Ford Expedition or similar car. Some guests have no problem backing out a large vehicle. However, for most drivers with average driving skills, the space would be challenging for anything larger than a small SUV or mid-size sedan.
Guests have everything they need for a short or long-term stay. Kitchen and bath are fully stocked with basic amenities. Nothing is shared with the other units including the washer and dryer.
We live in the front house so we are available to guests 24/7.

No pets or smoking allowed inside the apartment.
Please keep music or noise to a minimum after 10pm. This is a family neighborhood so please be courteous to the neighbors.
Check-in is after 3pm and check-out is before 11am. Please let me know in advance if you need an early check-in or late check-out.
Th driveway and parking spot are suitable for sedans and SMALL SUV's. Large SUV's such as a Chevy Suburban are not suitable unless you have excellent driving skills backing up.
Mattresses are plush with a mattress topper. If you prefer firm or hard mattresses, the apartment may not be suitable for you.
