This freshly renovated, modern cottage is an ideal Bend experience. Clean, comfortable and surrounded by trees, the Club House is a great space to relax. Located within walking distance to downtown and the mighty Deschutes River. Enjoy the large, sunny yard with resident deer and a patio for summertime lounging.
Near downtown (5 minute bike or drive, 15 min walk) without the hassle. The charm of this home is addicting. The restored hardwood floors, high end finishes, and beautiful, bright lighting will make you feel like you are in your dream cottage. Surrounded by aspen trees and set on a quarter acre, it is the perfect clean and quiet getaway for your Bend adventure (or downtime!).
You will enjoy our spacious backyard and private patio space. Lock box on site for private and easy access.
We are available anytime, day or night, and would be happy to answer any questions you have, be they about the space, trail or restaurant recommendations, or simply the best walking route to the river. We're just a phone call away.
We are, however, not on site; there is a long term tenant in the other home on the property, so we ask that you respect his privacy and clean up after your pets at all times.
PLEASE help yourself to the herb garden! Mint Juleps, anyone?
We hope that while you stay here you respect the neighborhood and house. Keep noise levels appropriate. There is a $35 charge for pets. If you have your pet please always keep it on a leash and pick up after it with provided doggie bags. We also have deer that enjoy spending time in the Aspen trees at the far end of the property; their presence has been enjoyed by all guests so we ask that they remain undisturbed by you and your furry friends.
Please wash your dishes and allow them to dry on the drying rack when you leave, we'll take care of the rest!

I'm long-time Oregon resident currently living and working in Hood River. I lived in Bend for almost ten years and have always had roots established on the westside. It's been so nice to have a space to call my own while I'm in town, playing on old trails with my family and friends. It's also so great to share. I love airbnb for hosting and travel alike; I'm a genuine believer that good people find good people. I'm an ER nurse, cyclist, yogini, runner, dog lover, foodie, good-time enthusiast, and always look forward to the next adventure.
