I take sleep very seriously: This cosy room has an excellent quality double bed; a choice of pillows (feather, breathable latex and hollowfibre); and (mostly) 100% cotton bedding. It also has a three-seater sofa for comfortable lounging; storage and hanging space; and a pull-out foam mattress plus cotton bedding for accompanying small people.
I aim to please :)
This two-storey flat is on the first floor - (second floor if you're from the States - of a block overlooking a beautiful cemetery very close to the city centre.
I'm happy to chat as much or as little as you would like. I love meeting new people but I'm also happy for people to come and go as they please without needing to feel like they have to interact. I want you to feel relaxed and at home so whatever suits you best.
Please remove your shoes when you come in.
The kitchen is available for light-use only. Please clean up after use and leave it as you find it.
There is only one bathroom in the flat. Please don't occupy it for too long.
CONSERVE & RECYCLE
Please off lights when leaving a room and not leave water running unnecessarily. There is also a recycling system for rubbish.
Please be considerate towards other guests in particular when opening and closing doors.
No smoking in the apartment but I'm happy for guests to smoke on the balcony.
No overnight guests who are not part of the original booking, and please don't invite people back without prior permission. I'm not comfortable having strangers in my home who haven't been vetted, or I know a little about.
DAMAGE & BREAKAGES
Please let me know if you damage or break something rather than hide it.
Thanks for reading.

I am open, friendly and helpful, and if you stay in my home I will do all I can to make sure you have a comfortable and pleasant stay. If I'm visiting your home I'm unobtrusive and respectful of your space.
I've travelled a lot but am now happily settled in Cambridge, a beautiful city with lots to see and do. I still love to travel but not for months at a time like I used to.
I've got my own gardening business helping people to grow food, but being an Airbnb host is also allowing me to do more voluntary work for charities and organisations close to my heart.
