This apartment is a freestanding building (just like a house) with residential homes neatly spaced around it located in an old in town quiet residential area (Rosewood/Shandon) of downtown Columbia. We are on the edge of a school zone and conveniently located essentially in the middle of everything in a downtown Columbia residential area.
There are plenty of places to walk or ride bikes. We are very close to many parks and everything Columbia has to offer.
There are a fair amount of street lights within very close proximity of the apartment. There are also motion activated lights on the front of the building where you park and above your entry door as well as other lights on the property and adjacent property that stay on.
