Here is a recently renovated, light and bright, 1938 craftsman bungalow in historic East Nashville, close to some of the best restaurants, nightlife & shops.
Come unwind in this 1938 craftsman style bungalow in the hip East Nashville area. After a beautiful drive through one of the south's most charming neighborhoods, walk in and be welcomed by the uplifting aroma of diffusing essential oils. Though it is minimally furnished, the house is warm and inviting. It is styled with vintage and antique finds, along with goods from local shops and small businesses. Fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, back porch with BBQ, large fenced in yard, and front porch with a swing. Two bedrooms, each with a queen bed and brand new Tuft & Needle mattress. Each bedroom has USB outlets available for charging devices. Large closets downstairs and upstairs for hanging up garments. There is also a queen air mattress available to accommodate up to two extra guests (additional fees will apply). One full bathroom downstairs and upstairs has a bathroom with toilet, sink & tub (no standing shower). We do not have a TV but there is wifi for streaming.

The home is near train tracks that are frequently used. Personally we love the sound of a train going by in the night but that is something to consider if you are a light sleeper.
One night stays are accepted on a case by case basis and for no more than 2 guests.
We do not allow pets or parties and there is absolutely no smoking in the house. There is an ashtray out back but please be sure the windows and back door are shut while smoking. The kitchen does not have a garbage disposal so please put all waste into the trash can. No drug use or candle burning! Please do not move around any furniture or decor in the house! Please be mindful of noise, this is a quiet street with old houses.
