A superbly furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom second-floor apartment near to the best beach in Marbella and the Las Dunas de Carib Playa National Park with a boardwalk leading to Cabopino port.
Located in a quiet neighbourhood with plenty of restaurants as well as supermarkets within easy walking distance. The beach is 300 metres away
The apartment itself features a terrace with a sea-view, underground car-parking space, large-screen TV, central heating/air-conditioning and fast 4G Wifi.


Facilities in the apartment include fast 4G Wifi, 40" Sony satellite TV,gas barbecue on the terrace. Microsoft Xbox 360 with games, DVD players/TVs with DVDs in all bedrooms and surround sound in the lounge. Channels available on the main TV include BBC1, BBC2, ITV, CH4, Sky Movies and Sky Sports (at extra cost, please request if required). The apartment building is surrounded by well-kept gardens and has a large swimming pool and childrens pool which are guarded by security fencing. There is private secured car-parking in the underground garage and a lift up to the apartment itself. Air-condtioning/heating is supplied as standard throughout the apartment and there is a ceiling fan for the terrace.
A Dolce Gusto coffee-maker is in the kitchen (Dolce Gusto pods are available from most Spanish supermarkets)

Het appartement voldeed geheel aan de verwachtingen, schoon, ruim, en met prima voorzieningen. Een klein probleem met de wifi werd zeer snel verholpen. Een minpuntje wat niets met het appartement te doen heeft is het hek om het zwembad dit nodigt niet uit om daar eens lekker te gaan liggen.

The apartment was very nice and big enough for five adults and two children. Everything was as promised. The kitchen was well equipted so we made a lot of dinners ourselves.

The experience was great! Philip has been very kind in every moment of the reservation till our arrival were his staff was nice and very available. The house is beautiful and very cozy, near to the beach and not so far away from Marbella and others turistic sites. The house has every thing you can imagine you can use and even more. Definetely I would recommend and I hope I can come back.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at Sparkling Days. We were met by Theresa who was very helpful at correcting problems we encountered during our visit. I realize that the wide angle lens made the apartment look huge but it was a little disappointing to see the small balcony in reality. It is located in a quiet area not too far from the beach - an enjoyable walk.

Glad you enjoyed your stay. We do include a scale plan so guests know exactly how big the different rooms are. We believe that the size of the terrace is easily big enough for relaxing outside and having a barbecue, and of course, the French windows can be slid back to give even more room. It seems unfair to mark us down on cleanliness as according to Theresa, you commented on how clean the apartment was when you arrived, and Theresa is always happy to put such matters right if they are pointed out. We should also mention that we provide English TV to the main 40" TV in the lounge at substantial cost to ourselves, it is not possible to extend that service to the bedrooms which is why they only have Spanish TV. We do provide DVD players in the bedrooms and a wide range of DVDs. Pans and crockery will only be as clean as the last people leave them, as it is impossible for our cleaners to wash all the dishes every single time. We don't know what you mean by "I do not know if there is anything that can be done about the scale left at the bottom of the glass after the ice cube melts.” We always use bottled water for ice-cubes ourselves and don't have that issue.

Bonjour, j'ai trouvé un bel appartement,super équipé très confortable avec toutes les commodités pour passer de beaux vacances en famille. La résidence est proche de la mer .le propriétaire malgré son absence a été très cohabitant des le premier jour de la réservation .mais je dois signaler un souci avec la damme qui gére les affaires de mr philip puisque elle communique mal et elle a refusé un déplacement de 05 minutes pour nous remettre les clés. En conclusion on a beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. Merci philip.
