oExcessive Barking
•Leaving trash outside of the unit door (please take directly to trash chute)
•Giving out Cards or Clickers to Guests, Vendors or other non-Residents.
•Pool Violations
oGlass in Pool or BBQ Areas
oPets or Animals in Pool Area
oAny Food or Drinks within 4 feet of the Pool or Spa
oSmoking in Pool Area
•Excessive Noise, Nuisance, and Loud Music – Either within the Unit or in Common Area
•Storage of any Items on Balcony, including hanging towels, rugs, boxes, bicycles, etc.
•Vehicles not Registered with the Association or Security at the Flamingo Gate, Clicking Non-Resident Guests without registering with Security, and giving out Cards and Clickers to Guests or other Non-Residents
•Smoking in the Elevators, Stairwells, Pool/BBQ, or other prohibited areas.

Please familiarize yourself with our Rules and Regulations to prevent violations being sent to the Owner of the Unit. Non-compliance will result in violations and may include a scheduled Hearing and Fines.

Also, please remember that Security Cameras are located throughout the Common Areas.

Non-compliance of any Rules, Regulations, or Procedures may result in a Non-compliance notice, a scheduled Hearing, and fines. Per NRS 116, fines may be assessed up to $100.00 per incident, up to $1,000.00 per day. Health, Safety, and Welfare violations may result in fines exceeding
$100.00 and must be commensurable with the violation.

Excecllent location walking distance to the strip. Apartment was very nice and nicely furnished with everything I needed.

Such a perfect place to stay. Just off the strip - quiet, peaceful. Extremely well kept. We'll be back - contact Claire for arrangements.

An absolutely beautiful condo in a stunning complex. It's close to the strip along with being gated and secure. Claire was easy to get a hold of, completely welcoming and I would definitely use her again to book an extended stay in Vegas.

I had a very nice stay at Claire's apartment. The apartment is well equipped, with plenty of towels, dishes, a 24 hour gym and 2 24 hour pools. Both the gym and pool are very very nice. There are also several restaurants within walking distance. The strip is very close by as well. Claire is a true professional. She had everything ready and was able to accommodate any types of questions or requests that I had. Highly recommended! 5 stars...

Host: Claire was a great host! I didn't actually meet her in person, but she responded to all my messages super-quickly. Apartment: Apartment was great. Everything was in great shape, bed was super comfy, lots of closet space. Wifi was super solid. Location: One "block" from the strip, but understand that a block in Las Vegas is a good half-mile long. :) Still, totally walkable! While some homeless dudes did linger outside, the condo property is gated with security 24/7 so I felt super safe.

Claire had very nice care packages waiting for me in both the kitchen and the bath, The condo was gorgeous and very comfortable. It is in an extremely good location right by the Las Vegas Strip. Claire handled a internet disruption problem very quickly. I had a great time.

I had a wonderful time in Claire's apartment - everything was exactly as described and close to the strip. Claire was very easy to get hold of before the trip, responding quickly to a couple of questions I had about staying for a longer period. When I sent her a message a week or so before, she was accommodating to our flight time. I stayed with my wife for almost 6 weeks, and never had any problem that needed me to get hold of Claire, but did have a question or two and she replied to emails within a couple of hours. The apartment is beautiful and exactly as the pictures show, about a 10 minute walk to the strip. The nearest larger grocery store I found was about a mile away (Target and Vons). The internet tested at about 15mbs, so fast enough for work, streaming video etc. If I come back to Vegas I'll definitely contact Claire about staying again, it was a nice relaxing trip.
