The place is very basic. If you are a light sleeper I would look elsewhere since some type of bird makes a home in the ceiling and makes noises 24/7. If you are a heavy sleeper who can sleep through fire alarms then you should have no problem. The basic amenities for business are provided; although the organization leaves much to be desired. There seems to be old food and kitchen items left over from previous guests.
This is centrally located. The bus stop is across the street from the apartment and the tram stop (servette) is about 2 blocks away. You only have to take 1 tram to the main station (Gare Cornavin) to the other side of Geneva, or 1 tram ride+ 1 bus to the airport. 1 tram ride to the shopping mall (Balexert) and 1 bus ride to the UN/WTO/Botanical Gardens. The main public transportation that use Servette are Tram # 14 and 18, or Bus 11 which makes it convenient to get around Geneva.
There is no laundry facility in the building, but 2 blocks away (across the street from the Servette Tram Stop) there is a laundromat open from 7am-11pm.
Migros is next to the Servette Tram stop. This means you are within 2 blocks of a major grocery store. The Migros has two levels and has a lot of variety.
There is a smaller Coop grocery store nearby, but this one has less variety.
