Le Warens is on a private floor where the other two apartments Le Rousseau and Les Rêveries are located too as welle as my own apartment. All the apartments are private and quiet. A laundry machine located in a separate and commun space on the private floor is available for the 3 apartments.
I am living in the same building in my own apartment. So it's very convenient for check-in/check-out, and for any information or assistance . But I am very respectful of the privacy and tranquillity of my guests.
