Women welcome in my light and airy 1930's home with spacious bedroom with single bed. Comfortable and friendly, on a quiet street, my house will offer a calm retreat after enjoying the colours of the city, sea and buzzing promenade.
The room is on the first floor of a lovely spacious 1930’s house in Hove and is available for women. The bedroom is large with a single bed, and the potential for a put-u-up for a second guest, or a travel cot. There is a desk and plenty of shelves and hanging space.
It's self-catering here and you are welcome to use the kitchen to make breakfast - or bring a pastry from one of the many Hove patisseries.
The modern bathroom with bath and shower is shared with one young adult and there is a ground floor cloakroom too.
There is wireless internet, hair dryer and iron available. If you want to cook dinner at home or bring in a take-away, that can be arranged. You can sit in the garden and if it's hot enough we'll have the hammock up for a relaxing swing.
I love living in Brighton and Hove and have lots of information about its delights and quirks if people want tips. Although I work most days I'm around in the evening and at weekends.
There are two cats in the house, one will be interested in you and one will be aloof! They are always kept out of the bedroom though so they won't expect to share with you.
This is a peaceful household that will not tolerate homophobic, sexist or racist comments or behaviour. No smoking in the house or pets. Quiet after 11pm is appreciated.
