Detached from the main house is our apartment. One block from 'the square', this private suite offers incredible convenience: walking to all of the historic district shops, restaurants, and events. NOTE: location is on the parade route.
Detached Apt Suite: Our suite is perfect for a couple attending weekend events or shopping on the square. Walk to a variety of great restaurants..... Babes' Chicken House (Family country style), Fuzzy's (great tacos and outdoor bar), Christina's (boutique tea room), 1890 Grill (fine dining and steaks), Farina's (upscale wine café), and Paradise Bistro (for a great egg-sandwich and coffee breakfast!).

This single-story suite has no stairs to traverse (a potential benefit if you have minor knee/hip issues, though our historical home and suite are not handicap/wheelchair compliant).
Covered Parking (shade in TX in the summer is nice).
A welcoming handshake...hand off keys and happy to answer questions or make a restaurant recommendation.
Check-in time is normally 3PM....But we are flexible for very late evening check in, according to your schedule (just ask).
Checkout is at noon.
This suite has no TV, strong WiFi access (to stream movies or shows to your tablet). The air conditioning/heating is set with a remote digital thermometer. A quick text or call to us..and we'll set to exactly your favorite temp. We respond via text quickly to adjust it.
The bed is Queen Size.
We do not do daily cleanings in the Suite , or make your beds while you stay with us... that is up to you. We won't enter the space without permission. We ask you keep it clean and tidy on your own. If any basic essentials need to be restocked just let us know. If you need help to clean we can hire help and pass that fee along, to help for stays longer than a week.
No smoking on the property. No candles or open flame.
We are in a family friendly, walkable, and safe, (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN)'s historic neighborhood, convenient to all the cultural, food, shopping, and night life that Granbury offers.
During the week, please be considerate of others using the parking spaces by parking in the covered carport. Sorry, no pets, no small kids...(leave them w/grandparents and just relax already! :)

Other than a handshake at check in, we presume that you prefer privacy as you would expect in a traditional B&B.

As you check out please
Remove all trash from the apt- use large green trashcan for all refuse
Turn off lights
Hang up any moist towels/washcloths etc on the shower rod to dry out
Strip the bed...leaving the coverlet, blanket, and pillows on the bed
Lock the door, leaving the key on the coffee table
Have a safe trip home and please visit us again!
