Enjoy your own secluded townhouse in central Melbourne. Relax, with space to spread out across 3 levels and 2 outdoor areas. Our modern townhouse has room for everyone.

It’s perfect for entertaining and has easy access to explore the city of Melbourne and beyond.

There are 10 beds for 12 guests, with two sofa beds for an additional 4 guests. Contact us if your group is larger for additional arrangements.

The townhouse has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a huge retreat area opening onto a rooftop deck with amazing city views.

There’s a large open plan kitchen / living room as well as a private courtyard on the lower level.

You also get secure undercover tandem parking for up to 3 cars and a large lockable storage cage.

BEDROOMS (refer to floor plan for numbering of bedrooms)

Bedroom 1 has two single beds (which we can make up as a King-sized if you’d prefer).

Bedrooms 2 & 3 each have two single beds (which we can make up as a King-sized if you’d prefer), and french doors opening onto to a spacious outdoor courtyard.

All bedrooms have air-conditioning and built in wardrobes.

The top floor retreat overlooks the city lights and opens onto the rooftop deck. This space doubles as an extra sleeping area for large groups as well as a relaxing retreat with a couch, TV etc. For sleeping there's a pair of triple bunk beds (single top and double bottom) and a fold out sofa bed. This is the *best* bedroom as you wake up to spectacular city views!
There is also a sofa bed in the 2nd floor lounge next to dining area.

Kitchen – Fitted with a refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-burner gas cooktop, oven, coffee machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, rice cooker, and cookware.

BBQ - Large gas BBQ on rooftop deck.

Just pick up some fresh produce on your way home through the market and you’ll have everything you need to whip up a quick meal or gourmet feast.

We have a large dining table suitable for 10 to 12 guests. There’s a smaller table for extra guests, as well as a high chair for the little ones. We provide a gas barbecue on the rooftop deck along with an outdoor dining set so you can relax and watch the setting sun light up the city skyline.

Laundry – Fully equipped continental laundry with washer, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board and detergent provided.

Entertainment - 2 flat screen TVs, playstation, stereo, board games, and Wi-Fi.

Heating and Cooling – Split system aircon units with reverse cycling heating are in all the bedrooms as well as hydronic heating panels throughout the property.

Essentials - All bed linen, towels, shampoo and hair dryers are provided. We can arrange to change over your towels and linen during longer bookings for a small extra charge.

Children & Infants - Cots and high chairs are complementary, please request when booking. We provide proper childrens' timber cots, rather than collapsible porta-cots. For infants, we only provide the cot as-is without specific infant bedding. Due to risk of SIDS, we leave the bedding to the parents as they know best. We do have a variety of extra throw blankets in the accommodation which you are welcome to use however you'd like, however please be aware of the SIDS guidelines (no quilts, doonas, duvets or pillows in cot). The SIDS and KIDS website recommends a safe baby sleeping bag.

Parking and Storage – The property comes with secure undercover tandem parking for three cars so you’ll never have to worry about finding a parking spot on the street. Vehicles are limited to a total height of 2.1 metres through the roller door access. There’s a large lockable storage cage perfect for storing prams, bikes or extra luggage.

Transport - We provide MYKI cards for using public transport (required for travelling outside the free tram zone). No need to purchase a new MYKI card, just top up the balance on our complimentary cards and you’re ready to go. We simply ask that you leave the cards behind for the next guests to use.

You accept these house rules on behalf of the entire group and any visitors during your stay.

Victoria has laws governing short stay accommodation:
Guests could face government fines of up to $1100 for a range of conduct breaches, including:
- creating unreasonable noise or behaving badly
- causing a health, safety or security hazard
- damaging common property
- obstructing a resident from the using their property

Guests are expected to treat the property as they would their own home.
Damage or soiling of furniture, soft furnishings, carpet, etc will be deducted from the security deposit.
All guests in your group must be accounted for correctly in your booking, including children and infants. If guest numbers increase after you submit a booking request, the reservation will be updated by us accordingly @ our set nightly $rate for additional guests.
Guests will be asked to provide a copy of photo identification prior to check in.
Please be aware that our townhouse is over three levels with stairs (no lift). Children and infants must be supervised at all times, especially around the stairs.
Guests agree to act in accordance with Victoria's Residential Tenancy Act.
NO SMOKING INDOORS. Please smoke in the outdoor areas only.
STRICTLY NO PARTIES OR LOUD MUSIC (cosy dinner parties very welcome!) Behaviour resulting in complaints from neighbours may result in your eviction from our property.
No pets allowed.
Loss of keys or garage remote controls will incur a $50 replacement fee.
Loss of myki public transport cards will incur a $6 replacement fee.
Complementary wifi is provided and you are required to abide by Australia's internet and copyright laws when using this facility.

Our BBQ is so awesome that it has it's own set of rules:
1. If you're not confident in using gas BBQs, now is not the time to learn. Go to Korean BBQ instead.
2. Never leave a BBQ unattended – burnt chops will be the least of your problems.
3. Remember to secure the lid in the open position – don't let a gust of wind slam the lid on your lunch.
4. The grease container will overflow with heavy use, depending on what you're cooking. Check and empty periodically.
5. Please close the lid after the BBQ has cooled down to protect it from weather.
6. Always turn the gas OFF after use.
7. Please leave me as you found me - $50 additional cleaning fee applies if the BBQ is left dirty
8. Damage to our BBQ will incur a $400 replacement fee.


To the extent permitted by law, you agree to release and hold harmless Airbnb host (hereafter known as "Eve and Andrew") and their agents, contractors and suppliers against and from all expenses, costs, liabilities, claims, actions, proceedings, damages, judgments and losses of any kind whatsoever (including consequential and economic losses, property loss/damage and damage for injury, including personal injury and death) arising out of, caused by, attributable to or resulting from your reservation or your stay at the property for any reason whatsoever.

You agree to indemnify Eve and Andrew and their agents, contractors and suppliers for all expenses, costs, liabilities, claims, actions, proceedings, damages, judgments and losses of any kind whatsoever (including consequential and economic losses, property loss/damage and damage for injury, including personal injury and death) incurred or suffered by Eve and Andrew and their agents, contractors and suppliers arising out of, caused by, attributable to or resulting from your reservation or your stay at the property.

Any monies or other valuables, goods or vehicles that belong to you, brought in or on to the property remain your responsibility and Eve and Andrew are not responsible for their safekeeping.

Eve and Andrew were excellent hosts, very helpful and reasonable and were always available should help be needed. The house was filled with notes and suggestions making everything easy. House is great and the location is perfect. We really enjoyed our stay.

Eve is truly an excellent host. She waited for us out in front with her baby in the middle of winter just to make sure we find her house (which is very easy to find Btw). The house has everything we need and truly made us feel like home for 10 days. Location is great just across from Victoria Market, clean and exactly as described. Very highly recommended.

great location, great communication and clean. amazing place to stay! got everything you need, so close to the city but not noisy got a awesome view of melbourne city price less!

We are local Melbournians and love the fantastic arts, culture, sport, food and wine here!
We have travelled throughout Europe, South East Asia and beautiful Australia of course. We enjoy cycling, hiking and getting outdoors.

Our philosophies: be a giver, not a taker; our time in this life is finite, use it wisely.

We recently welcomed our little baby girl Celine. She occasionally makes an appearance at check ins!
