This fully renovated unit is located in Lower Mount Royal!! You will find a large, functional kitchen with a dishwasher, washer/dryer, wi-fi, TV, spacious, comfty seating and a balcony with a bbq for all your grilling needs. You will be steps away from fine dining, cafes and endless shopping. If you are looking for nightlife, 17th Avenue has several beer and wine bars and decent pubs a block away. This apartment is located on a quiet street, so you can enjoy the best of both worlds. One parking space is provided if needed with an outlet for the winter, and there is ample street parking out front. Public transit is nearby, and you are central enough to get around the city very easily.

We personally meet you at the property for check-in/out.
Check in and check out is quite flexible, but will depend on if anyone is checking in that day. I can usually work to your schedule, so just let me know your needs.
Any damages will be assessed a reasonable fee which will be deducted from your security deposit.
Leave the unit as you found it, remember that someone else may be using the suite after you leave.
Please remove shoes when inside the condo, especially high heels on the hardwood floors.
Please remember to lock the doors when you go out.
Ask before moving stuff around
No smoking in the condo and/or on the balcony. Use the back door/parking lot for smoking please. Deposit will not be refunded if condo is smoked in. No illegal drugs and No illegal activities. No pets allowed
No 'unregistered' guests please

Be mindful of the people living above and beside them.
Noise: please keep the noise low after 11pm on weeknights and 12am on weekends
Linens, towels, hand and dish soap are provided.
There is a condo-sized washer and dryer in the unit.
Please only use one scoop (scoop provided) of laundry detergent for a full load of laundry.
There is a drying rack for use in the storage room if wanting the hang items to dry. Please ensure that clothes are not dipping wet when placed on the drying rack as it ruins the hardwood.
Iron and ironing board can be found in the storage closet.
Please clean up after yourself
Kitchen: Food & Cooking: Help yourself to the pantry items in the drawers, and condiments in the fridge and spices / oil for cooking.
Feel free to use any of the pots / pans for cooking. Please just clean up after yourself.
Likewise, do not hesitate to fire up the propane BBQ.
Dishes & Dishwasher: any and all dishes are for you to use. Please just clean and wash them after use.
Dishwasher tabs are under the sink, please only use on tab at a time.
Please use common sense when loading the dishwasher and choose the quick cycle.
Recycling: Inside the storage closet there is one blue plastic bin for recycling – feel free to put paper, cans and recyclable containers in here.
Please refrain from cooking foods with strong or lingering odors that take weeks or months to dissipate.
Rates include all utilities such as internet, basic cable, heating, water. Any extra charges incurred by guests must be paid to host. This includes any pay per view movies, heating costs that exceed $100 per month or prorated for shorter stays.
Amenities are provided at no extra charge, however, at no time are they guaranteed. Best effort is made to ensure that cable, internet, phone, heat, etc are in good working order. Should one of these amenities not be working, we make every effort to repair services in a timely matter.
Thermostat heater: Please just turn on the heat as you need it during your stay. Please remember to turn down the heating when checking out.
This is a parking lot stall assigned and parking will be at own risk.
Respect other vehicles around the area I, nor the condo management are responsible for any damages that may occur.
Leave the apartment in much the same way as it was found, with dishes cleaned or in the dishwasher.
We are not responsible for the guest' injuries, damaged, lost or stolen property.
We are very energy conscious so please turn off the lights when not using.
Be respectful of the place as this is my home and keep the footprint to a minimum. Other than that, make yourselves at home!

Living near the mountains gives me the freedom to take in some spectacular views, clean air and some amazing outdoor activities. Calgary is a wonderful city and has a lot to offer any resident or traveller. As I work out of town on different projects, this website enables me to share and offer people a chance to enjoy and stay downtown. There are so many cafes and fine eateries within a block or two, not to mention the bike paths and green spaces.
