Relax and unwind at this riverfront Folly Beach townhome in the Water’s Edge community. With water views, a screened-in porch, community pool, and an unbeatable walkable location near downtown Folly Beach and the beach, this home offers the perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and coastal charm.

Welcome to this bright and spacious Folly Beach vacation rental located in the riverfront Water’s Edge community. This open-concept townhome is filled with natural light and perfect for families or groups. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to cook at home, with multiple dining options including a kitchen island with barstools, dining table, and a screened-in porch overlooking the marsh and river.

The comfortable living room offers ample seating and opens directly to the screened porch, an ideal spot for morning coffee, sunset views, relaxing, or family game nights.

Upstairs, the primary bedroom suite features a king bed, flat-screen TV, large walk-in closet, and private balcony with water views. The ensuite bathroom includes double sinks, a jetted soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. The second upstairs bedroom is located on the opposite end of the hallway for privacy and includes a queen bed, bunk bed (twin over full), flat-screen TV, closet, and ensuite full bathroom.

The third bedroom is located on the first floor and features a queen bed, closet, and flat-screen TV, with convenient access to a full bathroom from both the bedroom and hallway.

Guests will enjoy added conveniences such as a washer and dryer, pack ’n play, high chair, and baby bath. Community amenities include a shared pool and fishing and crabbing dock along the river.

Parking is available for two vehicles in the garage, with a parking pass provided for a third vehicle in community lots (first-come, first-served). The garage is stocked with beach chairs, beach cart, umbrella, beach toys, boogie boards, bikes, and an umbrella stroller. Golf carts and additional bikes are available to rent nearby.

This home is ideally located just two blocks from Downtown Folly Beach, close to restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and shopping. The beach is only a 5–6 block walk (7–10 minutes). Historic Downtown Charleston is an easy 20–25 minute drive, offering shopping, dining, and iconic Lowcountry charm.
