Enjoy the sound and sight of the ocean from this light filled beach front unit across from the Pacifica Pier and Esplanade. Brightly colored tiled kitchen has new appliances including a microwave over the new gas stove, window over sink, plenty of cupboard space and fir floors; kitchen table faces the window looking out to the ocean. A large stone fireplace sits along the wall between the kitchen table and desk in the living room. Living room holds a sofa, tv, two rattan chairs and a desk looking out to the ocean. The entry door is a dutch door with window. Two large bedrooms each have a built-in dresser, spacious organized closet, pine floors, queen size bed and east facing window. Tiled bathroom has been remodeled and has shower over tub, new toilet, sink and fixtures. Hall holds an additional storage closet and shelves for CD’s and DVD’s. Wonderfully landscaped front yard faces the ocean with built-in seating, surfboard table and chairs, plants and sand colored pebbles. Back yard has a table and chairs, sheltered from the wind. This is a perfect getaway for couples and families with children. You will love the easy walk to the Pacifica Pier and other hiking trails in the vicinity. 15 minute drive to San Francisco and 20 minute drive to the airport. Numerous restaurants, shops and grocery stores nearby. No pets. No smoking.

1) $39 non-refundable Security Damage Insurance (CSA) fee or $3000 security deposit
2) 12% Occupancy tax
3) 3-5% processing fee is charged by SF Holiday Rentals in addition to fees charged by Airbnb
4) Cleaning fee for stays over 21 nights is $155 - $255 in lieu of the standard fee listed.
5) Interim cleanings 1-2 times per month at $125 each required for stays 45 nights or longer; pricing and frequency determined by number of guests, length of stay, and property size
6) Additional fees such as early check in/late check out; additional guest; and pet fees may apply. Information is available upon request and fees can be added to your Special Offer.
To complete your reservation once accepted through Airbnb you will receive a DocuSign link to a secure online rental agreement that must be completed, SIGNED and returned.
ONLY upon receipt of the completed and SIGNED rental agreement do we release the entry code and instructions.
We are available via phone or email to assist on arrival and during your stay as needed.

All reservations are subject to the terms and policies listed on the SF Holiday Rentals website and in the SF Holiday Rentals rental agreement that will be sent by SF Holiday Rentals for signature prior to releasing entry instructions.
Guests are responsible for the timely removal and proper disposal of garbage and correctly sorting recyclable items into the bins provided. Failure to do so, during and at the end of your stay, will result in additional fees.
