THE APARTMENT HAVE NICE LIVING ROOM WITH SOFA BED AND ARMCHAIR . FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN , COMPLETE BATHROOM WITH SHOWER .. THE SLEEPING AREA HAVE A COMFORT DOUBLE BED , WARDROBE . NEARBY THERE IS THE BIGGER MERCATO SANT AMBROGIO WHERE YOU CAN FIND A FRESH FRUITS VEGETABLE ... THE APARTMENT IS IDEAL TO PASSE A GOOD HOLIDAYS IN ONE OF THE MOST BEAUTIFUL CITY IN ITALY .
Parcheggio :
Il centro storico di Firenze è una zona a traffico limitato, (ZTL) e quindi esistono delle regole speciali per accedere o parcheggiare in questa zona. L’appartamento è situato all’interno della zona ZTL. Se desiderate utilizzare l’auto per circolare in città vi consigliamo di prestare particolare attenzione ai cartelli stradali al fine di evitare spiacevoli multe e di contattare garage privati in centro (ovvero quello più vicino alla vostra abitazione) al fine di ottenere un permesso di accesso temporaneo. Appena arrivati al garage, se specificherete di aver bisogno dell’accesso per la ZTL, il garage comunicherà ai vigili la targa della vostra auto per evitarvi le multe in quel tratto.

AMENITIES
We rent apartments. We are not a bed and breakfast nor a hotel. Before booking an apartment check the apartment on-line listing and description carefully for the amenities available in the apartment you wish to rent (example: washer, dryer, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, etc). If certain amenities are not listed, they are not available. We may be able to provide some of these amenities at an additional charge, but we cannot guarantee this. You should inquire before booking the apartment.

SERVICES
We rent apartments ‘as is’ – as described in the on-line listing. We provide bedding (sheets, blankets, and towels) and a courtesy service (one-time basic supply of toilet paper and hand soap). We do not provide any other services whatsoever.

Location is very central and in a nice area...would have given 5 stars but a few things stood out during our stay: The toilet seat and lid were completely unattached and unbolted so when you would sit down, you would have to be very careful. The oven did not work and of the 5 stove tops, only one worked well...2 did not work at all and the other 2 only worked at times. Besides these mishaps, it was a great stay!

The place is in a very good location. And the host was very nice to leave us with a map of the places to go and also was available with whatever question I had, I would deff stay there again .

This is a great location, walking distance to all the major sights. Also, great supermarket nearby. This place seems not to be family owned, but more run like a business not like your typical Airbnb. Check in manager showed up 15 min. After we got a hold of him, which was great, since our phones were not working yet, a neighbor called him for us. The place is clean, but has electrical problems, and the gas stove did not work are last morning. Also, there is a a musty smell. It's on a busy street, with bus stops, and taxis available. There's a great flea market close by, as well as bars and restaurants. But the apartment is very quiet.

Fantastic stay in Florence! This apartment was very clean and close to the downtown area. It was also quiet at night which made for a great sleep every night. Thanks for the stay!

The apartment is clean, well-decorated and located in a convenient location. Having said that, our experience with the host was an absolute nightmare. Two out of the 4 in our group arrived on the check-in date and immediately faced issues–the bathroom shower leaked so terribly that that the entire apartment would get flooded every time. EXTREMELY dangerous, as one of us could have potentially slipped and hurt ourselves. The doorknobs to both ends of the front door fell off! We were stranded inside at one point, unable to open the door. Broken toilet seat. Only a single roll of toilet paper given to 4 women over the course of five days. The host was terrible at communicating. He was there at check-in and was able to get half the group in as well as collect an extra thirty euro for a late check-in. After that, silence. We contacted him daily with our issues, and when he finally responded, he was irritable and did not resolve anything. When asked about toilet paper situation, he sarcastically responded that grocery stores exist. When he told him about the flooding situation, he insinuated that it was our fault. Nothing was done over the course of five days. I don't recommend this place. We didn't feel welcome at all and it impacted our stay in Florence.

Before coming to Florence I asked Sid if we can check-in early but no response, which made me a little worried because he hardly respond to my messages . I sent another message and he responded that it will be ok to check-in the apartment by 12:45pm. Once we got to Florence I called him and he asked which apartment? He doesn't seems to know me or expect that we are arriving that day Sid doesn't seem to remember our conversation thru Airbnb. I gave him the address and he said we need to wait 20 mins. We waited about 30 mins outside of the apartment and he showed up , shows us the apartment gave us a map and keys. He seems to be in a rush. Sid said we need to come back because the place is just vacated and not cleaned yet . I asked him how long they need to clean the place so we know when to come back and he said about an hour. They didn't clean the place well , floors are still dirty. We checked-in on Wednesday by Friday the kitchen sink was not draining well. I called him and said he will send someone to fix it. We came back that night and the floors in the middle part by the bathroom was very wet and slippery. My daughter almost slipped going to the bathroom. There was a mop and bucket by the entrance. I called Sid and said they need to come back the next day to fix it and order/buy the materials. I said the floors are very wet and the toilet was constantly draining , he said he will call me back but few minutes later there was a guy knocking on our door who came and look at the situation. He said there is a sewer problem in the building and nothing much they can do. I said to the guy that we need some credit because we need to clean the floors ourselves and cannot leave it wet because we might slipped and hurt ourselves. The guy wiped the floors using some of the towels that we are using and called Sid. He passed the phone to me, Sid said he will sent someone the next day to clean the place and bring some towels since we used some to dry the floors. Came back to the apartment the next day and still the same when we left that morning, NO towels , floors are still dirty, sink was never fixed . I didn't call Sid anymore to complain since we are leaving the next morning. I will NOT recommend this place to anyone since the host is not reliable and cannot keep his words to us.
