The Meridian Las Vegas is located just off the center of the Las Vegas strip. Convenient to everything that our world class city has to offer! We Offer luxury condominium and vacation homes in a resort style living.


This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is finished in travertine, granite, and maple wood cabinets, plush carpet, leather furniture, a private balcony, breakfast bar, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, gas range, king size bed, and queen size bed, flat screen TV's, artwork, and washer/dryer. This is a 4th floor unit with view of the Las Vegas Strip from the Balcony!


Amenities include: clubhouse, 24/7 state-of-the-art fitness center, two tennis courts, basketball and racquetball courts, dry saunas, 2 sparkling pools, hot tubs, cabanas, BBQ poolside, covered gated parking right below the condo, 24-hour security.


We enjoy meeting new people and have traveled the globe. We will be available as much as our schedule permits and as a resource by phone.


NOTE: We may only rent this property ONCE per 30 day period. Every lease will be assigned a 30+ day period where just 1 customer can rent the property during that timeframe.

oDogs on Property over 25 pounds
oNot cleaning up after dogs/allowing them to relieve themselves in the Building
oNot having the pet on a leash
oHaving more than 2 pets
oHaving an unregistered pet
oExcessive Barking
•Leaving trash outside of the unit door (please take directly to trash chute)
•Giving out Cards or Clickers to Guests, Vendors or other non-Residents.
•Pool Violations
oGlass in Pool or BBQ Areas
oPets or Animals in Pool Area
oAny Food or Drinks within 4 feet of the Pool or Spa
oSmoking in Pool Area
•Excessive Noise, Nuisance, and Loud Music – Either within the Unit or in Common Area
•Storage of any Items on Balcony, including hanging towels, rugs, boxes, bicycles, etc.
•Vehicles not Registered with the Association or Security at the Flamingo Gate, Clicking Non-Resident Guests without registering with Security, and giving out Cards and Clickers to Guests or other Non-Residents
•Smoking in the Elevators, Stairwells, Pool/BBQ, or other prohibited areas.

Please familiarize yourself with our Rules and Regulations to prevent violations being sent to the Owner of the Unit. Non-compliance will result in violations and may include a scheduled Hearing and Fines.

Also, please remember that Security Cameras are located throughout the Common Areas.

Non-compliance of any Rules, Regulations, or Procedures may result in a Non-compliance notice, a scheduled Hearing, and fines. Per NRS 116, fines may be assessed up to $100.00 per incident, up to $1,000.00 per day. Health, Safety, and Welfare violations may result in fines exceeding
$100.00 and must be commensurable with the violation.



Cancel up to 7 days before your trip and get a 50% refund. Cancel within 7 days of your trip and the reservation is non-refundable.

Nice for business trips. Checking in takes awhile. I appreciate all the toiletries and snacks!

Claire was nice and friendly. The place was exactly as describe and as shown in pictures. There were even complimentary snacks and toiletries. The location was very close walking distance to the strip. I had a wonderful experience.

Beautiful apartment! I stayed here for three months and I felt like it was my own leased apartment. Claire will answer quickly if there is any issue and there is always someone from the apartment complex there to help if you need it. The security is really tight and it's hard to have many visitors, but it makes you feel safe as well. Being this close to the the strip came in handy many times when we wanted to walk. I would definitely recommend staying here!
