Very romantic, sunny studio in the heart of Dorsoduro, very close to the Campo Santa Margherita: the center of the Venice student district. A/C , Internet Wi-Fi included
The studio has windows on three sides, a mezzanine with queen size bed, air conditioning, it is extremely pleasant, calm and with a character. I used to live there as a student. The studio has a private garden, wonderful for having breakfast or just a relaxed time at night.
The studio is an open space on two levels, very airy and sunny, as well as pleasant. The area is very lively: a student area with all the shops, restaurants and attractions. All amenities are in very close range: banks, market, bars, ATM machines, pharmacy.
Museums and tourist attractions nearby (Accademia, San Rocco, Zattere). Very nice walks in the area. Very well connected to public transport and very close (5/6 minutes on foot) to Piazzale Roma, 10/12 minutes to the train station)
Only upon arrival and always present in case of need. Upon arrival at the apartment we have to request the Venice Municipality tax (called "Tassa di Soggiorno"), newly established for private apartments, which is 1.5 eur per person per day, payable in cash. We will give you a separate receipt for this.
Campo Santa Margherita is arguably one of the nicest squares in Venice. And the most authentic and lively! Please note we also offer France and Rome! See all my listings on my profile https://www.airbnb.com/users/show/120215
Please note that 24hr checkin is available; however for checkin after 10 PM, a 50 euros contribution in cash upon arrival is due to the cleaning lady that will come on purpose to let you in.
Venice is a very quiet city, with no background noise, so loud music is heard very far away. Guests are encouraged to be mindful of neighbours, especially before 8 AM and after 8 PM. In Venice there is a system for recycling paper/cardboard, glass, plastic, so guests are very strongly encouraged to dispose of garbage in the appropriate sites and time slots. Garbage is collected outside the door in the street before 8 AM.

I (Marc) have lived in Venice all my life, studied International Relations and currently working for the UN. I am managing the properties through my family - father Michel and mother Elisabeth are architects that studied in Venice from 1967 and never left it. We know the city inside out and are in love with it!
