Very small apartment in the historic "flatiron building" located downtown. Great for a couple.. too small for kids or pets. A bright space with lots of character and you'll be a short walk to MASS MoCA.. you can see it from the kitchen window!
I love to make my spaces colorful and interesting to exist in. The apartment is my home so there are many personal touches all around. You are welcome to anything in the fridge and pantry. I usually have beer or wine in the fridge. Please let me know if this is an issue.
This building has a strict no smoking policy. Vapes are fine but smoking cigarettes, cigars and pot are not allowed. The units are very small and the smell is a "nuisance" in the public areas.
You will be given 2 keys. The building exterior door key and apartment door key.
Guest is given free reign of apartment.. feel free to help yourself to pantry and freezer.. please just clean up after yourselves.
I am in Santa Fe, NM for the summer so I will leave hostess duties to my best friend and co-host Annie. She is very reliable and friendly. She'll meet you and show you around.. give you the low down and then she'll leave you be! Please arrive at a reasonable time.
Something to check out if you're in town on a third Thursday of the month! It will begin with a kick-off celebration on June 29th and will hold four “DownStreet Art Thursdays” (with all galleries hosting opening receptions, happenings and downtown performances each last Thursday of the month from June through September). #getdown with DownStreet Art in 2017.
No smoking.. Not 420 friendly.
Keep main door to building locked.
Keep apartment door locked.
Keep the noise down past 9pm.. please respect the neighbors.
Clean up after yourself.
No parties, please.
I love my home and my little city.. I'm excited to share it!
I'm a costume maker for theatre, dance and opera. During the school year I work at the Williams College '62 Center for Theatre and Dance costume shop and I spend my summers working in The Santa Fe Opera's costume shop in New Mexico.
