It is completely independent. You will be charmed by its tranquility, its wodden beams in the ceiling, the view over the Sacred Heart and the singing of birds in the morning!

Flat is on the sixth floor without elevator
The building is 100m from the nearest Metro station, to access Line 2 (connecting east and west of Paris) and Line 4 (connecting north and south). The station Gare du Nord is at walking distance (15min) where the RER B and D can be taken (Réseau Express Régional). RER B connects Paris to both airports Roissy Charles de Gaulle and Orly. Gare du Nord is the departing station to go to London, Brussels and Amsterdam.
For bicycle lovers, a "Velib" station is right next to the metro station.
There are many places where to eat and/shop close by : a japanese restaurant, a very good bakery, a pharmacy and a few supermarkets (G20, DIA, Franprix...)
You will be able to visit the Basilica of the Sacred Heart in just 15min and enjoy a panoramic view of Paris.
Line 2 will enable you to go to the Arc of Triumph, the Champs Elysees, the park des Buttes Chaumont and also the cemetery Père Lachaise.
Line 4 will take you to the center of Paris in a few minutes, in order to discover the area of Les Halles, l’ile de la Cité and the cathedral of Notre Dame de Paris. And a few minutes further, you will discover the Quartier Latin and Saint Germain des Pres.
