"My beloved little cabana, loaded with good vibes"
That's how Neli, the owner and host, calls it... and it is just right. This cabana will accommodate three people and has a full kitchen and a full bath.
Once a week cleaning is provided with a change of all linens and towels. It is done after three or four days from your stay, so if you stay for a week you will get a mid-week cleanup.
The place is well furnished with Wi-Fi internet, Digital TV, a fully equipped kitchen. There is a stove with an oven, fridge, microwave and everything that is needed to prepare a great meal.
The location is great, just 2.5 miles (4 km) from downtown, and on the road to Catedral skiing, this cabana is located in one of the most beautiful and sought neighborhoods in Bariloche, "Melipal". There are plenty of shops, restaurants, supermarkets, laundromat and everything that is needed can be found close by.
There are multiple bus lines that can take you to downtown or to the tourist attractions, including Llao Llao and Villa Catedral, the premiere skiing resort of Patagonia.
This is a great place to stay at, with a host willing to make your stay as pleasant as it can be!
Feel free to contact me with any questions you may have, and thanks for checking my listing!
I am here because I sublet my residence in Bariloche during my absences. *** Update June 2012 *** I am now also listing some friends properties since I had good results with mine ***
I commute in between the USA and Argentina, being both a US citizen and a citizen of Argentina.
I am retired (at a very young age as you can see) from IBM, a.k.a. "Big Blue" where I worked 24 years. Currently, I am an amateur daytrader, an occupation that gives me the flexibility to live almost anywhere in the world.
While in the USA, I live in the Raleigh, North Carolina suburbs, where I have family (my daughters) and friends. North Carolina has beautiful beaches and mountains and is a great place to be!
When in Argentina, I am blessed with living in the most beautiful place in the world. If you don't believe me, just check the pictures.... Bariloche is as close to a bit of paradise as you can get...
I love hiking and living in Bariloche gives me a fantastic opportunity to be in one of the best places for that activity, surrounded by mountains and lakes. It is indeed a magical place. Can't beat it!
Hope this give you an idea... feel free to contact me with any questions!
And yes, it is true. I am always tired because I become a SuperHero at night.... ;)
