Newly remodelled with quality materials, high ceilings and lots of natural light, the space is perfect for a relaxing getaway. The apartment is also totally separated from the main house and with the possibility of access to a gourmet kitchen.
There is parking and easy highway/freeway access.
You'll have access to the entire apartment which consists of a bedroom, living room and bathroom. Use of the kitchen can be arranged depending on the circumstances - this is also separate from the main house.
Generally I will be around to help out if necessary, but I do have a job and have to spend some time there :)
Since it has recently undergone a remodel, there are a couple of minor things that aren't 100% finished yet. The only one that might have some effect is the lack of curtains in the bathroom. There are towels available to cover the window if necessary but this is only a cosmetic concern..
Starting in September my neighbour across the street will commence tear down of his house. I don't expect this to cause any real trouble but guests should be aware that there might be extra noise and activity during the day.
- Kitchen access is possible depending on the circumstances. Send me a message and we'll talk about it! For longer stays I usually take a 200 kr cleaning fee if someone wants to use the kitchen.
Husband and Father, love to travel, read, cook (I'm a chef), play volleyball and go to the beach. We're a small family and generally relaxed but the little ones do get into trouble sometimes.. ;)
