This multilevel 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhome sleeps 9 with a king bed, queen bed, bunk bed, and queen sleeper sofa. Ideally located with the complex backing up to the national forest, allowing you peace and serenity, yet you are still close to River Run Village and the Mountain House Base Area. Features a one-car garage, an upgraded kitchen, private laundry and a king bed in the master. Mountain views from the private deck. Antler’s Gulch offers shared amenities including 2 hot tubs.

This second floor walk-up has an entryway with mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features vaulted ceilings that allow natural light to stream in through the large windows. There is a flat screen TV above a beautiful gas fireplace. Just off the living area is access to the private deck that offers gorgeous mountain views and a gas grill.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats six with three additional seats at the breakfast bar. A private washer and dryer is located on the first floor and laundry detergent is provided. The first of two bathrooms is just down the hall and features radiant in-floor heating. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

Upstairs there is an open loft area with a queen-sized sleeper sofa and a flat screen TV. Additional sheets and blankets are in a closet. Located right off of the loft is the master bedroom that features a king-sized bed and a flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has heated floor, double sinks, a spacious vanity and a walk-in shower.

Back on the main level, the first guest bedroom features a queen-sized bed and the second guest bedroom has a bunk bed with a full-sized bed on the bottom and a twin on top.

**Ultra-premium Linens and Ivory White Bedding** This property has been upgraded with ultra-premium linens and ivory white bedding. Our ultra-premium linens rival those of The Four Seasons featuring extra soft, oversized towels and high quality bed linens that have a subtle satin stripe pattern for a look of elegance. The ivory white bedding is modeled after high-end hotels and resorts. This bedding showcases a soft, white-striped duvet cover with a medium thick, high quality down alternative duvet. Featuring an uncompromising and industry leading standard of cleanliness, the duvet covers are laundered after each and every guest stay.

This property requires a minimum of 2 nights to be reserved. If you reserve less than 2 nights you will be contacted and asked to lengthen your stay or have your reservation cancelled.

VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS
Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In our vacation rentals you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel should it have comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More space means daily housekeeping is not a cost-effective option, not to mention it would infringe on the home-like feel and added privacy a vacation rental offers.

Here’s what you can expect at one of our vacation rentals. We offer a departure clean and a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more. To restock or purchase any other needed items, we encourage guests to visit the local grocery store or take advantage of a grocery delivery service. We also offer 24/7 customer service with a full staff during the day and emergency on-call support overnight.

Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and maintenance services, but these are primarily for vacation rentals in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck the right balance as most of our guests are satisfied with their stays.
