Our home is the best in the area! So clean! Wonderful 3 bedroom, 2 bath detached home in fabulous location of Laguna Niguel. Hardwood floors throughout, meticulously maintained. Steps to PARK, playground and POOL Front yard has a veggie garden "help yourself"... cool pace! One family only per stay. Our place looks just like the pictures! :) 2 Car garage. Close to everything Socal has to offer!


Very clean :) 3 full bedrooms. One level. Steps to Park and Pool. Close to everything. Beach, shopping, Walk to Whole Foods and Starbucks. This very hip and sophisticated Laguna Niguel house is only 5 miles (10-min drive) from the ocean and world renowned Ritz Carlton and Montage resorts where you can experience the great public beaches, restaurants, shops and parks with tennis court and golf course. Convenient location which is halfway between Los Angeles and San Diego, North Orange County / LA attractions (Disneyland, Universal Studios Hollywood, Knott's Berry Farm) and San Diego attractions (Sea World, San Diego Zoo, La Jolla) are both only an hour drive away.

This house has total of 3 beds: King bed(sleeps 2), First Queen bed(sleeps 2), Full-size bed(sleeps 2) is house can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests.

This house is totally tricked out to include a spacious and fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and top of the line appliances and cooking utensils that you can use to prepare your own meal if you wish. Morning coffee is provided. Gas BBQ is provided.
For your convenience, house comes with washer/dryer, laundry detergents, towels, shampoo/conditioner and hand/dish soaps as well. Beach towels, beach toys and chairs are available.

Our community offers many amenities. Steps to Park and pool. Walk to the beautiful neighborhood park and enjoy the volleyball court and kids playground there. Once you get home after a full day outdoor, you can relax in the beautiful private backyard surrounded by trees and garden and outdoor patios. You can also prepare and enjoy your own meal using the beautifully fully equipped remodeled gourmet kitchen. Our guests also like streaming Netflix movies or playing one of our 100's of movies available.


Guest will receive check-in instructions, a welcome email and a unique access code to use to enter the house when checking in and during the stay.


Guest are to abide by all clean up rules when leaving home. Basically that guest leave the home in the same condition as when they arrived as far as putting thing away.

1. Term of the Lease. The lease begins at 4PM p.m. on the “Check-in Date” and ends at 11AM a.m. on the “Checkout Date”. Unarranged late checkouts may result in extra charges at discretion of the homeowner.

2. Rental Party: The rental party shall consist of the “Guest” accompanied by additional guests as stated in the reservation request sent by the guest. one family per stay.

3. Rental Rules: Guest agrees to abide by the Rental Rules attached as Exhibit A at all times while at the property and shall cause all members of the rental party and anyone else Guest permits on the property to abide by the following rules at all times while at the property.

4. Access: Guest shall allow Homeowner access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection. Homeowner shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner.

5. In case of any unexpected situation resulting in unavailability of the house for renting, “Homeowner” shall cancel and make full refund of all paid amounts to the Guest prior to Check-in date.

6. Insurance: We encourage all renters to purchase travelers insurance. Homeowner is not responsible for any incidents happened to guests, inside or outside the property.


1. Smoking is allowed outside the house only.

2. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.

3. Due to our quiet neighborhood, no music, guest or partying is allowed in this vacation house specially after 10PM without prior consent of the homeowner. Occupants may be cited or fined by the City and/or immediately evicted by the owner for disturbing the neighbors or violating applicable laws.

4. All of the homes are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

5. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.

6. Only use appliances for their intended uses.

7. Pets are allowed only with consent from the homeowner prior to making the reservation and paying applicable Pet fee.

8. Garage parking is limited to 1 vehicle. Street parking is also available if more parking space is needed. Parking fines are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.

9. There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units.

10. Water and Sewage: The mineral content in the water may be high, we recommend drinking filtered water or bottled water. Kitchen’s garbage disposal is of standard type and can easily be clogged if you put fats, grease and fibrous materials such as rice, celery or corn husks into it. The drainage system will also clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No paper towel or feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that paper towels or feminine products have been flushed and thus clogged the sewage system, you could be charged damages of up to $500.

Great small home with a big feel, everything you need for a family. Really good outdoor areas to enjoy the California climate and very comfortable living area.

Bernadette was a perfect host! Awesome communication, the place is absolutely lovely, wonderful, quiet neighborhood, great parking, super convenient location and she was there for us anytime we needed her. We stayed for 3-months and felt so at-home. We will definitely recommend and return!

Perfect stay, house is in a great area. Clean and comfortable stay. I felt be taken so much care of the house. My son loved the playground very much. Tks so much.

Our family visiting from Australia felt very taken care of, and very much at home. We are so thankful. It was simply perfect. Light, warm and cozy. They enjoyed all of the detail and care you put into the house. Thank you Bernadette! PS The veggie garden was amazing.

IDEAL FOR FAMILIES! This darling, sunny bungalow has everything a small family or group of friends would need for a wonderful stay in the Laguna area. It’s obvious the owners take pride in keeping a tidy and well-stocked rental. Lovely front and backyards with regular gardener service (they even put out the trash cans for you). Nice outdoor grill and patio as well. Stocked with more than enough linens and kitchen supplies. (We cook and grill a lot and there wasn’t anything we had to pick up — it was all there and well organized.) We did have a few issues that came up with the internet, but Bernadette was always quick to respond, and it ended up working fine — very fast once fixed. Good mobile phone reception there with AT&T. (I work while we travel so these things are important for us.) One parking spot in garage and plenty of street parking for guests. We have young twins and chose this home because of its proximity to a great playground and community pool, which are only 100 yards from your door. We also loved walking to the regional park and lake and I loved doing my fitness walks there every morning. You’re about a 10 minute drive from the gorgeous Laguna beaches as well. You are literally 5 minutes from most any type of store/service you need — Whole Foods, Sprouts, Fedex, Starbucks, CVS, Walgreens, Target, even nails and waxing. ;) You are also right near the handy and beautiful 73 highway. Highly recommend this cute home for a family/suburban stay.
