Our cosy little house is in a quiet location and within walking distance of the centre. It's close to Holyrood palace and Arthur's seat and 15-20mins walk from the centre. The house is on the ground floor and has its own front door and private garden. Our guests tell us it's a great place to relax.
Our house is part of the Abbeyhill Colonies conservation area, built in around 1890, with sandstone walls and original features :)
Free street parking (see notes) and free unlimited WiFi.
No parties, or loud music after 9pm please (it's a quiet street and we have lovely neighbours). No smoking in the house and if you smoke in the garden please don't bring cigarette ash or butts into the house. If you're bringing pets, please keep them off the bed and sofa bed, and please keep the garden clean. Please tell us if anything has been damaged before you leave so we can repair it, thanks!
We've been AirBnB hosts since Aug 2015 and we're really enjoying the experience! We try our best to make guests feel comfortable and relaxed, while at the same time giving you space and privacy. Feedback has been really great and all of our guests have been really nice - so overall a fantastic experience :) We hope you enjoy your stay here in our little house - and we'll be available to answer any questions you might have. We live nearby so can offer help if you need it. Kind regards, Keith & Andi
