A very sweet suite in what was once Mrs Jensen's Bakery in the 1920's- Now a "period" apartment in my Victorian home on the National, State and local registries of historic places-- residing in the quaint North Slope Historic District of Tacoma.
Although it is essentially one large space there is separation and privacy between the queen bed which is around the corner and behind a drape while the sofa bed is in the parlor, which makes it very comfortable to share. They feel like two separate rooms :-)
Guests have their own roof deck and a bistro table outside their front (URL HIDDEN) well as access to the main house back yard with fountain.
I am a Realtor, so am always popping in and out--- but don't hesitate to call or text me with any needs or questions. I live on the property so you will see me around :-)
It is important to park either directly in front of the house or on the side street as the parking in front of the neighbors is restricted.
Absolutely no smoking or open flames inside the house. I want this home to be enjoyed by future generations. Smoking allowed in the lower garden only.
No loud parties and please be respectful of the neighbors.
Parking is restricted on the street, if you have more than one vehicle they will need to park at the public garage two blocks away. The parking restrictions are actively enforced.
The plumbing is over 100 years old. Everything works as long as nothing is put into the system that doesn't belong there...

I have a varied background...but have always been in a service and hospitality field. I have had restaurants and been both a chef and a manager so I love good food and great restaurants. I am now a Realtor and enjoy helping people find that perfect home at a great value.
I am new to hosting on Airbnb, but I have always loved old houses and cozy B&B's. It is a dream come true to have an authentic Victorian and to invite others to enjoy it with me!
I also love sailing and cruising and so have a trawler and a sailboat. When the house is all booked up I live on the boat :-).
As a cancer survivor I know every day is a gift and I love sharing my blessings with others.
