Special attractions include - apart from the 2 sunfacing bedrooms, there's an extra room made into a lounge/bar area with a low lying teakwood coffee table. Separate work area set up near the window overseeing the valley/hills. Digital glass fireplaces placed in the bedroom and living room. Private secured Lawn beneath the apartment to soak up the sun and for kids to play. Ample free car parking space. Spacious balcony with seating.

Our Brand New Apartment (Purchased in Aug'21 and inaugurated in Dec'21) is strategically located in the Kasauli Hills area surrounded by Pine trees 🌲 providing the peace, privacy and unwinding you're looking for, and yet not far away from the crowd.

It's just 30 mins (16 kms) from the Kasauli Mall Road and just 8-10 minutes (8 kms) from the famous 'Giani da Dhaba' in Dharampur.

There are many grocery shops within 500 meters and some excellent multicuisine eateries as well at very reasonable prices all within just 2-3 kms from our house.

Would request you to kindly spend some time reading all the content in our property listing under all sections especially house rules so all your questions are answered and you have 100% understanding of our property and its variables and so there is no disconnect later🙏

Away from the hustle bustle Peacefully situated house yet all basic amenities available within 500 mtr - 3 kms from the property. We get strong cellular network from all major mobile network service providers within and outside the house from my personal experience.

Sports complex with gym, world class and basic grocery, local and international fruit wines, car repair and washing workshop, organic fruits and vegetables from local residents from nearby villages, fresh organic poultry, Shimla just about 50 kms away, delicious tandoori and fried fish & chicken, butter chicken, mutton curry at the famous Giani Restaurant just 8-10 mins (8 kms) away from the property.

Beautiful site seeing at Dagshai and Barog. Excellent vegetarian multicuisine Restaurant - Gopal just like Haldiram at 12-15 mins (10kms) from the property (my personal fav for breakfast). Best place for Chole Bhatura, Poori, Chinese, South and North Indian Food. Amma Rasoi and Ojhas hotel/restaurants are also pretty close by and serve excellent food too at very reasonable prices.

Utensils and house cleaning assistance and basic cook available at a reasonable extra price too. Very friendly and warm neighborhood.

I stay in Delhi so I wont be available in person. However I have appointed a care taker Bobby who is at the property from 10 AM to 5 PM for any assistance you need. Since there will be no staff available at the property post 5 PM, feel free to call me / what's app whenever required.

JFYI..The caretaker is not on my payroll. He's the building's common caretaker. There was no need for me to hire him full time since this is a self sufficient/ self checkin property. I pay him only to clean the house after the guest checks out and get the house ready for the next guest - This also helps me keep the house tariff very reasonable & suitable to all pockets. Bobby stays at the property till 5 PM, if you need him do anything for you like cooking, cleaning, get stuff from the market etc., would recommend that you either tip him reasonably or check with him on his charges and then engage him accordingly.

I can also have cab service provided from Delhi at reasonable prices, reliable & safe, so pls let me know if you're interested a little in advance.

Public transportation in our area isn't that strong hence I would strongly recommend to either bring in your own vehicle or make cab arrangements (full time/part time) basis your travel requirements during the stay. Here are some local cab service details :
(Rana Tour & Travel 9817701272, 9625333344, 7807881272, 9882317321), Budram Driver 9805493668. Pls talk to them in advance about prices/service etc. I haven't availed their services since I personally always driven down but got their numbers from nearby locals. Would recommend you call and check with these guys in advance and negotiate on pricing etc.
