Private house with 6 apartments to accommodate from 2 to 5 people.

A quiet location on the hill surrounded by pine forest, 200 metres from Hotel Valamar Diamant (Poreč - Jug), 500 metres from the beach, 800 metres from the Poreč Old town centre, free WI-FI, private covered parking, satellite TV.

All apartments comprise a balcony or garden terrace with a seating area.ach unit has a private bathroom with a shower and fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine and fridge. Family apartments are air conditioned.

Grocery shop, restaurants and bars can be found 200 metres away. There are many more bars, restaurants and sights in the historical centre of Poreč. Bus Station and Ferry Port can be reached within 800 metres.

Nearby sports facilities include: outdoor and covered tennis courts, a basketball hall, volleyball courts, a mini golf course, an adventure and Activity Park as well as a water sports centre.

This is a NON SMOKING property.
PETS - A well-behaved small dog staying on the ground floor is permitted in rental units, only with prior approval. €10.00 per day fee applies.
All pets must be leashed at all times. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up any/all pet refuse. Pets are not allowed on furniture at any time.
Any evidence of pets on furniture may incur extra cleaning fees. All pets must be up-to-date on rabies vaccinations and all other vaccinations.
Heartworm prevention is highly recommended. All pets are to be treated with Advantage or similar topical flea and tick repellent three (3) days prior to arrival. Fleas and ticks are very rampant in this area and can cause harmful/fatal illness to humans and pets.
All items above are the sole responsibility of the pet owner.
The cabin owners assume no responsibility for illness or injury that humans or pets may incur while on the premises.
DAMAGE CHARGES - There will be no charges if following provisions are met:
• No damage is done to property or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
• No charges are incurred due to illegal activity, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay.
• All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in rubbish bin, and soiled dishes are cleaned.
• All keys are left in the letter box and unit is left locked.
• All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.
• No linens are lost or damaged.
• The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner) or the local law enforcement.
MINIMUM STAY – If a rental is taken for less than four days, there will be a 30% supplement.
INCLUSIVE FEES – Rates include a one-time linen & towel setup. Facilities fees are included in the rental rate.
NO DAILY HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE – While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate.
However, it is available at an additional rate. We suggest you bring beach towels.
We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the property.
RATE CHANGES – Rates subject to change without notice; no changes after final payment is received.
FALSIFIED BOOKINGS – Any booking obtained under false pretence will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check in.
WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS – Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance.
PARKING – Parking is limited to six (6) vehicles. Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only.
WATER AND SEPTIC – These cabins are on wells and septic systems. The mineral content in the water is high. During a drought, the well water may have an odor. The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed.
DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be charged damages of up to five hundred Euros (€500.00).
We recommend you take out travel insurance for your trip.

L'appartamento è molto grande e provvisto di tutto. Le stanze sono grandi e ben illuminate. L'appartamento situato in un complesso residenziale molto tranquillo e silenzioso è vicinissimo al mare. I proprietari sono veramente gentili, discreti e flessibili. L'accoglienza è stata calorosa! Ci siamo sentiti a nostro completo agio. Rapporto qualità-prezzo davvero eccellente. lo consiglio vivamente!

Rajko à été très accueillant et nous a donné de bons conseils sur les plages et restaurants avoisinant! L'appartement était très propre, il disposait d'un salon d'été (sur la terrasse) très agréable pour profiter d'un apéro.

Hostitele velice doporučuji. Rajko nám nakonec nabídl jiné ubytování, které bylo i s klimatizací a mikrovlnkou a v lepší lokalitě (10 metrů od obchodu, 20 metrů od hospůdky, blíž k moři) za stejnou cenu. Apartmán byl čistý, relativně vybavený, měli jsme tam svůj klid. Rajko je velice přátelský, hned po příjezdu nám dal mapu, kde ukázal kudy k nejbližší pláži, kudy do centra. Dále nám doporučil výborné restaurace. S dovolenou jsme velice spokojeni.

Rajko was a great Host, we don't live at Rajkos Place because there was a problem with overbooking, but he organised another apartment near his own. This Apartment was also great. Thanks Rajko

Rajko and Neda are really friendly people. We arrived a little bit late (22:00) but that was no problem at all. Rajko was telling everything about Porec and had also maps that you could take. The walk to the city centre was not really far. It takes about 10 till 15 minutes but it's a nice walk. The appartment was very clean. If I go back to Porec I will book this appartment again. Thank you Rajko and Neda for your hospitality.

Rajko and Neda are incredible, hospitable people and we enjoyed our stay in part because of them. The apartment is great, with a nice balcony and lots of space. They are within 20 minutes walking to the city centre and old town, which is a nice relaxing walk along the water. Our apartment had two bedrooms and even a kitchen, while the apartment on the top floor is also incredible (like a penthouse). Be sure to book with Rajko, and enjoy their welcoming hospitality.
