CLEANING PROCEDURES:

Now more than ever it is important to stay in a professionally cleaned space. We don't "outsource" our cleaning - our cleaners are professionally trained with a passion for what they do! Our team follows an industry-leading cleaning checklist, and our Operations team executes randomized inspections to ensure our standards are met.

-- 1 BR / 1BA ~700sq ft apartment, located on the 5th floor of an exclusive downtown high-rise.

-- Sleeps 2 - one queen bed - Purple brand mattress - you know you've always wanted to try one!

-- Parking: Underground parking in the attached garage is INCLUDED and allows for unlimited in & out privileges. Parking downtown normally averages ~$30+ a day!

-- Bathroom: One full bath, with jetted "Jacuzzi" tub, along with a premium multi-jet shower
-- Also includes blow dryer, linens, premium toiletries, makeup remover, cotton swabs, etc.

-- Building Amenities: 24/7 Gym with treadmills, bikes, weights, etc. Guard station at entrance

-- Technology: Smart hub enabled - with your voice, play music, ask about the weather, set an alarm more! Because of Airbnb's privacy rules, this is located in the main room; feel free to move it around as you see fit.

You can't beat the walkability from here. Pittsburgh is a notoriously difficult city to drive in, so the easiest solution is to walk, ride one of the bike sharing programs, Bird scooters, or jump in an Uber / Lyft.
