One night stays can be requested by enquiring first.
Linen, towels and wifi are provided for each guest and you will be met upon arrival to give you keys and show you around.
You’ll never be stuck for things to do during your stay here as the vast choice of dining establishments and the city’s most exciting shops and venues are all on your doorstep! The beach is an only a 10 minute stroll, as is Brighton’s main line train station.
Equipped to sleep up to nine guests, Walk House is perfect for large groups, families or for those on corporate visits. Indulge in comfort, style and convenience whilst soaking up all that this eclectic city has to offer.
Situated on the fourth floor, a split level maisonette beautifully appointed with far reaching views across the city’s centre. Three bedrooms, one en-suite and the family bathroom on the first floor. A spiral staircase leads you to the kitchen and living room.
You won’t spend a fortune on taxis staying here – the best of Brighton couldn’t be closer! This penthouse apartment provides the relaxing, tranquil living that you’d expect from a modern building. There are restaurants, theatres, cafes, bars and shops all within minutes of the front door.
DÉCOR & ROOMS
The penthouse is tastefully and minimally decorated in neutral colours so will suit all tastes.
It has one master bedroom with en-suite (shower cubicle, sink and WC), two double bedrooms and one family bathroom (shower/bath, sink and WC)
Two people can be accommodated in each of the double bedrooms and the master bedroom can sleep three. There are sofa beds in the living area to accommodate an extra three guests, making the apartment suitable for nine guests in total. The beds are all zip and link so can be made into doubles or singles, depending on your preference.
The kitchen has a dining table sufficient to sit eight guests, and the lounge offers a large comfy corner sofa and sofa bed.
There are two balconies at the apartment. One is a “lean-out” type only, but the other has a patio door and is large enough to stand out on.
AVAILABILITY / SUITABILITY
There is a two night minimum stay at weekends during the peak season due to high demand, however on occasions we do have the odd night available last minute, so please enquire.
You will be met on arrival by a property manager who will show you around and give you keys.
Walk House is available all-year-round for weekend / weekly breaks, or longer-term rentals.
It is suitable for families and sharers but is on the fourth floor so elderly customers please consider if you can manage four flights of stairs.

You have access to the whole apartment during your stay and we will be on hand should an issue arise.

Pets are not accepted.
Check in is from 3-6pm and check out is 11am. If you require an early check in or late check out the cost is £40 per change. We try to accommodate all our guests as much as possible, however, we hope that all guests respect that we are busy and have other bookings too. Please try not to be late.
We will welcome you with our meet and greet service at the property so please call the Property Manager 15-20 minutes prior to arrival.
The apartment: We operate a leave it as you find it policy. Please make sure that all washing up is done and put away. Towels are left in the bath and bedding is left on the beds. Please do not wash the linen yourself. Any excessive mess will be classed as an extra clean and will be charged accordingly.
Smoking: No smoking in any part of the apartment. Please go outside the main entrance. Please do not throw them on the street as other live here too.
Rubbish: Please take ALL of your rubbish to the communal waste bin which is located on Robert Street. Come out of the apartment block and Robert Street is diagonally left across the road.
Heating & Lights: On arrival you will be shown how to operate the thermostat and where all the lights are. Please turn the heating and lights off if you go out. Please conserve energy. On departure please make sure that all are turned off. If heating is left on after the stay there will be a deduction to your security deposit.
Keys: You are issued with three sets of keys for the apartment. On departure please leave two sets in the apartment and then lock the door with the third set. Then place the third set in letter box (No.4) in the hall by the main front door. If keys are lost or taken by mistake please notify us immediately. There may be a charge.
Damage or Noise: Please inform us of any damage to anything in the apartment. If there are complaints regarding noise from neighbours or the Police your security/damage deposit will be at risk.

Holiday Letting Property Manager for 16 clients in the Brighton & Hove area.
I set up the company in 2013 to provide accommodation for guests wishing to stay whether it be for pleasure or business. We have a personal touch meeting the guests on arrival and good relationships with all of our owners.
I'm 44 years old and am married with one daughter and our beagle Frazzle. Moved to Hove in 2010 and absolutely love it. The size of Brighton & Hove is just right and the seafront is amazing and shines a different light every day. There's always different events going on and new places to seek out.
