Our warm, large Arizona family-sized home (2300 sft of living space) w/ pool, 3 bdrm, 2 bath, open floor plan in the kitchen, lvg, family & rec rooms that features vaulted ceilings in a quiet neighborhood with park next door, Cable TV internet. Take advantage of our low, summer rates, through September 30. The nightly rate is $113 and weekly rate is $647. These rates include local, county and state sales taxes that we are required by law to collect.

Guests will have access to entire house and backyard with BBQ, lounge chairs and pool. Several closets are locked and not available for guest use.
We are available 24/7 by phone in case of emergency while you stay in our home.
Recently furnished and decorated, this non-smoking home will comfortably sleep 8+. The three bedrooms all have newly purchased Sealy queen mattresses and box springs. The master bedroom comes complete with a queen bed, dresser, LCD flat panel TV, as well as a luxurious en suite which includes a full-sized tub, shower, sink and large walk-in closet. The beds in all three rooms have new luxurious linens and blankets for a good night’s rest. The second spacious bathroom includes a sink and a bathtub with shower.
The family room is equipped with a 50” LCD flat-panel TV which includes a Blueray player and can be viewed from the comfort of a leather couch and love seat. The fully equipped kitchen, overlooks the family room. The dining nook completes the family room/kitchen area and includes a large table that seats eight.
The backyard oasis with mature trees, shrubbery and grass includes a self-cleaning pebble-tech pool, patio chairs, covered patio area and a gas BBQ grill with side burner.
The home also includes a professionally installed security system. The laundry room is equipped with washer and dryer. Parking is available in the three-car garage or on the driveway.
If you choose to keep in touch while enjoying this sunny Arizona getaway, you can take advantage of free Wi-Fi high-speed Internet on your laptop or smartphone. Telephone service is available for local and emergency calls.
1.Smoking is NOT allowed inside our home. Smoking is only allowed outside; at least 10 feet from our home. Violators will be charged to clean and refresh the house. This rule will be strictly enforced.
2.People other than those in the Guest's party set forth above, may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
3.The Homeowner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
4.Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
5.Only use appliances for their intended uses.
6.Pets are NOT allowed.
7.Parking: Parking is limited to 4 vehicle(s). Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. (Two smaller cars may park in the garage and two cars may park on the driveway.) Parking on the street is not permitted at any time. Any cars parked illegally are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees, are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
8.Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate.
9.Swimming Pool: Children under the age of 18 are NOT permitted in the pool without adult supervision. All persons swim at their own risk. The pool is serviced once a week. The service man will show up unannounced on any given day and will let himself into the backyard. The pool is enclosed with two self-closing gates. There is one self-closing sliding glass door which opens to the patio. Please be sure all doors and gates are kept closed at all time for safety. If self-closures appear to be broken please report to Homeowner immediately so repairs can be made.
10.Yard Maintenance: The yard is maintained year-round. The yard care-taker will show up unannounced on any given day and will let himself into the backyard. Please keep yard items off the grass so it can be mowed easily.
11.Use of Property: The property shall NOT be used to carry on any type of business or trade, without prior written consent of Homeowner. Guest will comply with all laws, rules, ordinances, statues, CC&R's and orders regarding the use of the property.
12.Quiet Enjoyment: Guests shall be entitled to the quiet enjoyment of the property and Homeowner will not interfere with that right as long as guests do not interfere with those rights of other neighbors.
13.Key Charge: A $50 fee will be charged to Guest for failure to return any and all property-related keys and or/gate access keys and garage door openers* (*if applicable). Such charge will be subtracted from Guest's Refundable Damage Deposit.
14.Locked Areas: Areas that are locked, such as Homeowner's personal storage spaces for which Guest is not provided a key, are off limits to the Guest. Any attempt to enter locked areas is cause for immediate termination of this Agreement, forfeiture of all monies paid and Guest will be liable for any damage and/or missing items.
15.Access: Guest shall allow Homeowner access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection. Homeowner shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner.
16.Hold Harmless: Homeowner attempts to maintain the property in the best of condition. Homeowner expresses no guarantees, express or implied, regarding suitability or fitability for any particular purpose. Homeowner does guarantee that appropriate repair and/or replacement will be performed as soon as possible under prevailing circumstances. It is Guest's responsibility to immediately notify Homeowner of any issues that are incurred during the stay so that the repairs and/or replacements may be promptly taken care of. Homeowner is not responsible for any inconveniences for which Homeowner has no immediate control. These inconveniences may include, but are not limited to the following: (i) breakdown of VCR's, swimming pool, or other recreational appliances or devices; (ii) power outages; (iii) adverse weather and/or road conditions; (iv) construction in the area; and (v) property that is not decorated and/or accommodated to Guest's individual tastes. Homeowner shall not be held liable, or otherwise take any responsibility, for any injuries that may occur to Guest or Guest's invitee, that is caused or permitted to be caused by the intentional, unintentional, negligent, or careless acts of said Guest, and/or invitees. By the written or electronic endorsement of this Agreement, Guest agrees to forever hold-harmless and indemnify Homeowner from any liability and/or responsibility arising therefrom.
17.The parties agree to the House Rules terms as evidenced by accepting to rent the property. These House Rules, have been read and understood, and Guest accepts all terms, conditions, covenants and restrictions, without exception.
We love to travel and we have found Airbnb to be the best places to stay. We love to rent a home or condo where we can be comfortable preparing our own meals in the kitchen, watching TV and relaxing on the couch in the evening.
