Fully equipped appartment with all amenities that you might need. The heating sistem is with a gas installation, except in the bedroom, where we have a modern air conditioner. All windows have blinds.
Bedroom: antique wooden furniture, bed with very comfortable new mattress, big wardrobe, dressing table, air conditioning.
Livingroom: big comfortable couch that transforms into a double bed, two sofas, TV, audio system.
Kitchen: fully equipped space with kitchen utensils, small oven, kettle, microwave, small table and two chairs.
Dining area: refrigerator, big table with 6 chairs.
Bathroom with separate toilet and separate washing machine space.
Additionally: iron, ironing board, wet clothes hanger, big window balcony that will be renovated at a point in time.
