There is a split system in the loungeroom along with a wood faux gas heater. There is also a gas heater in the kitchen/dining room.

LOCATION
Just steps away from the front door you will find many popular coffee spots, a corner store, the famous hatted restaurant 'Tonic', boutique shops, a bowling club and a beauty therapist.
The museum, local playground, and sports oval with a tennis court and BBQ area is also only a short stroll away.

Millthorpe also boasts 3 beautiful cellar doors right in the centre of town. These are Angullong Wines, Tamburlaine and Slow Wine Co.

The cities of Orange and Bathurst are as close as 20-25 minutes by car.
