Modern fit out in 1978 A Frame beach house. All linen included in rate. 2 queen bed rooms and loft w 2 single beds. Two decks with views of Goolwa Beach and coast to Victor Harbor. Separate lounge rooms. Suits small adult groups or couples. Sleeps 4-6.
The views, the decks with daybeds and the separate lounges w TVs and DVDs all make for a relaxing shack holiday. Suitable for 4-6 people for weekends and longer for small families. Outdoor hot and cold shower is very convenient. Our apologies, the steep stairs and decks are not suitable for crawling babies and toddlers. Showers only.
The whole beach shack is yours! . All linen (except beach towels) now included. If you have any special requests such as beach towels, boogie boards or beach chairs, we can arrange for you.
International guests who don't have beach towels and other beach gear can contact me and I can organise.
No children under 2. No pets. No smoking. Fines will be incurred. Steep stairs and balconies!! Not suitable for very young children. (I used to be relaxed about this but we have had some terrible damage of late, sorry)
Smoke outside if you have to!!!
Steep stairs. Although the ground floor has the kitchen, a queen bedroom and the bathroom all on one level for the less ambulatory!
We expect guests to have a fun time and treat our shack like their own home, if you break anything or something isn't working please let us know. ASAP!!!! I am in Adelaide and will need time to co ordinate repairs.
The loft with single beds is small. Six adults over an extended period will find the A frame too small. No smoking inside the house. No pets. No children under 2, 1978 shacks don't exactly conform to current safety standards!!
I love having guests and the more guests I have, the more I can put back into the property. My work is in visual art, the paintings in the house are mostly mine. I won this year's Oz Minerals award in sculpture for SALA 2016. The work I am currently preoccupied with is public and community art. My studio is in Adelaide.
