No smoking is allowed on the property grounds.
City ordinance does not allow more than two people per bedroom. Failure to adhere to the ordinance will result in forfeiture of the remaining rental period unless remedied.
Any reservation for greater than twenty nine (29) nights must pay actual utility fees. We will send you a copy of the utility bill prior at the conclusion of your reservation.
