On the first floor, the spacious sitting room has the most fabulous views of the coastline looking towards Steep Hill Cove. It has a very comfortable large L shape sofa to relax after your long walks, a flat screen Freeview TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi connection (high-speed broadband all over the property), coffee table, plus a large selection of films, a Playstation 2 console with games and traditional board games. On the same floor is one of our small double bedroom with wardrobe and a modern shower-ensuite. Toilet and sink next to it, so it feels almost like an ensuite bedroom. The large family bathroom is also located on the first floor. Stairs lead up to a large airy twin bedroom, with wardrobe and views over St Boniface Downs (National Trust), usually a children bedroom. Continuing to the top floor is another double bedroom with wardrobe also over-looking St Boniface Downs.
The master bedroom on the top floor has the most fabulous views of the coastline. Equipped with a super-size King bed, free standing bath, walk-in rain shower with glass panel and independent loo area. His and Her sinks. Tea and coffee tray facilities.

The bed linens and towels are made of top quality 100% Egyptian cottons. We do not supply beach towels.
As our Villa is over three floors is not really suitable for disabled or infirm. Although the first floor bedroom has only got 15 steps to access.
We are a child friendly house and have a travel cot bed and high-chair available (please mention in your booking if you require them as they are usually in a locked cupboard. However we do not have stair gates and will except parents to take responsibility.
Our property manager will prepare the house to a very high standard for your arrival. If you do request a small breakfast hamper for the following morning we could arrange this for you.
We have a few beach items for children to use in the front beach huts.
Private entrance through the gate.
Use of the public green area in front of the house. Our boys love playing football there and it's very safe.
100% Egyptian cottons and towels. Walking distance to the beach, local shops and bank.
There is a such a good choice of restaurants in Ventnor and local area. We could recommend so many...Sarah's House in town has the most fabulous wood-oven breads, particularly the garlic and rosemary focaccia and pastries... The fishmonger on the esplanade has the freshest fish you can find. Their fish and chips or should we say 'Lobster and Chips' is something else.
Ventnor beach (Blue Flag) is 5mn walking and Steep Hill Cove is a fabulous 15mn walk along the coastal path with mesmerizing views. Try to book a table at the Boathouse in Steep Hill Cove in the summer if you can. It's magic. (open only for lunch though) Finally you can't miss our famous awarded pub The Spyglass Inn, pub of the year 2014 for 'Best Olde Worlde Pub with Island Ales'
Well behaved dogs are very welcome but but request them to stay in the downstairs areas ONLY. Smoking is allowed BUT only outside please.
