The balcony is just for our guests. There is also a lower deck perfect for grilling. After 6:00 PM, no one else is on the property until the following morning after 9:00 AM. However, we are always a phone call and only two minutes away if needed.
We want our guests to be happy with every aspect our their stay. If there is something you need to make your stay more enjoyable, please do not hesitate to let us know. We are reachable by phone, text or by popping into our store, O'Meara's Irish House.
Guests enjoy a 20% discount to O'Meara's Irish House as well as an Irish food basket. The food basket includes oatmeal, jam and tea from Ireland as well as coffee and other treats.
Our guests should think of O'Meara's Cottage Loft as their home away from home and completely relax. We simply ask that our guests use care with all of the furnishings and accessories. If something should break or need repair, please let us know and we will do our best to fix or replace the item. We do NOT allow smoking in our guest house. Guests may smoke outside. Please dispose of cigarette butts in a container.
We do allow dogs in our guest house. There is a nightly pet fee which will be added to your rental amount. Dogs are part of your family and we welcome them as our special guests. We understand that dogs will occasionally bark. However, if your dog is barking continuously and is suffering from separation anxiety, we will call your cell phone to ask you to return to remedy the situation. This is a very rare occurrence. We also ask that dogs remain off of the furniture. We provide dog towels, however, guests will need to bring bedding for their dogs.
