Recently updated, this getaway boasts contemporary furnishings and fun decor inside and out for family and friends to enjoy. Central air conditioning will keep everyone cool indoors, and ceiling fans throughout the space will keep things comfortable. Prepare delicious meals and snacks in the full kitchen equipped with full-size appliances and a breakfast bar that seats four guests. Dine together at the adjacent dining area, or head outside to enjoy the pool view from the private, furnished balcony. Guests will also enjoy access to a shared pool and outdoor hot tub during their stay, as well as a shared picnic area with grills. Amenities abound in this bright space, and sunshine is always a regular visitor.

Public access to the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico is just a short walk from this home. For dining options, guests can enjoy local restaurants and markets like Old Florida Fish House and Buddy’s Seafood Market which are both within a mile of this condo. A short drive along the popular 30A highway are lots of stores and one-of-a-kind artwork and decor or check out the nearby Hub for a taste of all of these. Grayton Beach State Park features additional beaches and wildlife to observe so don’t forget your camera.

Parking notes: There is free parking for 2 vehicles. Parking passes are required per the HOA. The parking pass will be found on the counter. The parking pass will need to be left in the condo upon departure, or the guest will be responsible for a $50 replacement fee. Parking is underneath the condo complex, and parking spots are not marked. Please double park cars.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
