L'Ciabot is a recently renovated 4 bedroom beach home located high on the hill.
L'Ciabot is only a 10 min walk to shops, cafes and restaurants, but with stunning view across the tree tops towards the water beyond makes for a totally relaxing experience.
The house is set on a huge tea treed block offering lots of space, this includes a large outdoor areas for the kids to play and or the back under trees perfect for some serious chillaxing.
What else does L'Ciabot offer?
Stunning open plan lounge-dining-kitchen:
Timber + stone bench-top kitchen with large cooktop and oven, range hood, big fridge, dishwasher, microwave oven, Nespresso coffee maker (some pods are supplied to get you going), toaster, kettle, sandwich maker, rice cooker and lots of other mod con electrical gadgets, plus all the pots and pans, crockery, cutlery and glasses to enjoy a wine and dine experience. We even supply cooking basics such as herbs n spices and oil.
The lounge has 2 lovely King Furniture couches and chaise lounge with lots of comfy cushions plus large flat screen TV and DVD player. A reverse cycle heating/cooling unit for extra comfort in winter or summer. The large extendable timber table in the dining area can easily accommodate up to 12 people for dinner.
A large full retractable doors opens onto front outdoor balcony perfect for relaxing with a good book or a glass of wine. From here you can see the Bay and on a good day even to Melbourne in the distance.
Quality contemporary fittings have been used to evoke a modern beach feel. Bliss.

Queen size bed with quality new sprung mattress, bedside tables and wall mounted storage unit.

ouble/single bunk bed combination with quality new sprung mattresses and double built in wardrobe.

Master bedroom with unique timber queen size bed and quality new sprung mattress, bedside tables and double built in wardrobe and large wall mounted flat screen TV.
Bathroom

Large fully tiled with huge walk in shower with 2 way overhead shower head plus gorgeous timber double vanity unit.
Laundry with shower plus extra toilet. Washing machine plus we supply all cleaning and washing products if needed.
The house has central gas ducted heating in the living/kitchen/dining area as well as all the bedrooms and bathrooms.
The house has wifi so you can log on to your Netflix or other streaming service account.
What else? We supply all new quality bed linen, mattress protectors and pillows plus beautiful bath towels for each guest.
The home is kept meticulously clean and is always maintained to the highest standards.
Pets are allowed by arrangement and guests must disclose and seek advice on this before a booking can be confirmed. Note the property is not fully fenced, so may not suit all pets.
At Good House Holiday Rentals, we take responsibility for and prioritise guest health and safety and that of the wider community. Guests, and their family and friends, can rest assured, that we will continue to strive to ensure the best holiday property management processes. This includes:

All properties supply the following for guest use: antibacterial hand sanitiser, disposable gloves and wipes, disinfectant and cleaning supplies, hand soap, paper towels, tissues.
Please note the property is a registered Short Stay Accommodation property and all guests are required to abide by with Mornington Peninsula Shire Short Stay Accommodation Code of Conduct. Details of the Code will be made available to guests prior to arrival.
Under 25s must inquire first before booking.
The booking guest must stay at the property and not book for others.
Good House Holiday Rentals is also able to offer Peninsula Hot Springs Bath House Tickets. Indulge yourself in the warm and tranquil water of Peninsula Hot Springs. Just ask us when booking.
We will require guests 2 days prior to arrival to confirm their identity by sending us a copy of current photo id eg drivers licence or passport. We will be in touch with you to complete this.
Please note $2000 Damage Deposit Pre-Authorisation will be automatically processed from your credit card starting on your checkin date. We temporarily hold (not charge) the amount of the Damage Deposit.

L'Ciabot is a lovely 4 bedroom beach home within 10min walk of Rye front beach.

Despite it's proximity to shops, cafés and restaurants, the stunning view across the tree tops towards the water beyond makes for a totally relaxing experience.

Our house is set on a huge tea treed block offering lots of space, this includes a large balcony, lots of play area for the kids and shady trees perfect for some serious chilaxing. The back day bed is another private is an ideal spot for reading.

Hi, my name is Loretta and I am the face behind Good House Holiday Rentals. As your host I am more than happy to answer all your questions on the properties I manage.
