- 1 airy big bedroom on the upper floor with a covered balcony and Mulshi

- 1 bedroom on the upper floor with an open balcony.
- 2 open air terraces on the upper floor of the villa.
- All bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom with Smart TV, AC, Wi-Fi access
and an electric kettle.

Living Room:
Located on ground level, the living room features a high ceiling and an
indoor fountain. It makes for a bright and breezy space all year round.
The french door windows fully open up to the pool with a mountain view.
Spacious area, cosy sofas, smart TV and wifi availability makes it an ideal
hangout place.
Living room is connected to the kitchen and dining area. There is a half
bathroom on the same floor.

Kitchen & Dining:

-It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, refrigerator & water purifier.
-Kitchen usage by guests is not allowed except for making baby food or
tea/coffee.
-Crockery, glasses, and cutlery is available for all the guests
-The 6 seater dining table is located by the living room. Alternatively, guests
can choose outdoor seating as well.

During your stay:

-Infinity pool and game room is shared with guests of the other villa.
-Dip into the shared infinity pool with breathtaking mountain views
-Covered Parking is available on premises with a paid EV charging.
-A big fruit orchard with various plantations for early morning walks.
-A shared poolside lawn area extending till the backside of villas.
-A shared pergola shaded centrestage perfect for special celebrations.
-BBQ and bonfire during the dry months of winter and summer ONLY.
-Sweat it out in a competitive game of table tennis or a cardio session on
the exercise cycle at the shared game room.
-Team up for a game of foosball or carrom against each other.
-A pool table and dart board for bar game fans.
-Outdoor furniture available at balconies,terrace, and exterior.

In-house meal:

- We have a trained chef on premises and provide fresh home made food upon prior request. We have a central kitchen at the parking level and will provide the meals inside the villa at appropriate timings.
- Price for meal: Rs. 1200 per adult and Rs 900 per child which includes - Lunch, Hi-tea snacks, starters, and dinner. (veg and non-veg options)
- Morning Breakfast is complimentary.
- Meals are generally thali style with 2 preparations in each thali.
- You can customise the preparation style and choice of vegetables.
- All meal orders must be made 24 hrs in advance.
