The Point is a brand new and beautifully designed modern house – a two year project by renowned architect 'Peter Winkler'. The property has a concrete sealed driveway to the front door entrance and a Dumb Waiter Lift for movement of luggage and groceries to the upper level, a truly unique and beneficial feature of the property! Private and tranquil, The Point is situated right next to a creek which runs in the winter, you might even see some glow worms along the banks at night time!
The house has expansive elevated views of the magnificent coast and surrounding bush from every room and is only a 10-15 min walk to the General Store and Wye River beach, for your morning coffee fix.
The house comes with a hotel-style white card for power - when the card is pulled out some power will remain on for key things like front entrance lights, fridge etc in line with the house’s eco design which maximises use of natural light, power saving devices, double glazing and insulation.
Perfect for one to three couples travelling together and families alike, the house comfortably sleeps up to six guests in total with the following bedding configurations -
Bedroom (1): 1 x King Bed
Bedroom (2): 1 x Double Bed
Bedroom (3): 1 x King Bed (can be a double or separated into 2 singles)
**Luxury linen & towels are included for all guests**

The house is yours to enjoy! You can gain entry via a keybox (simply returning the key to the box when you depart). We won't bother you during your stay but can be easily contacted should you require any assistance.
We ask that guests please keep water usage to a minimum. All properties in Wye River rely on tank water which is safe to drink but you may prefer to BYO drinking water.
The roads in Wye River are narrow and the driveways are steep so please take care when driving and walking. The roads are also mostly unsealed (gravel) but are suitable for 2-wheel drive.
Minimum stays requirements are as follows -
Year-round: 2 nights
Long weekends & events: 3 nights
Easter: 4 nights
Dec/Jan school holidays: 4 - 7 nights
The property is currently not set up to cater for pets.
10am checkout and 3pm check-in unless alternative arrangements are made. We are very flexible with this so feel free to request early check-ins and late checkouts. If we can cater for this we will!
