I have a flat a few minutes walk from Sloane Square close to Chelsea Bridge, next to the Thames River. It's also a few minutes walk to Victoria Coach station and Buckingham Palace.
My guests thus far have all been sensible while comfortable and relaxed. I don't smoke so don't allow smoking in the flat. I've had a guest or two who smoked on the roof or outside. If you are coming to party in London, this may not be the right place. I'm sure common courtesy and respect is sufficient for us to agree as host and guest.
Unfortunately, two guests in the past two years (mercifully!) have brought strangers home to stay for a pleasurable night. While I respect all individuals and their choices, as it's my home, I humbly request that no strangers are to stay the night. Apologies to the 99% of guests for even mentioning this reminder.
