Brand new home with gorgeous gardens and lovely architectural lines--Frank would have loved it. The semi-private, two bedroom, one bath wing can accommodate one or two couples traveling together--book BOTH Frank Lloyd Wright House listings. I only rent to one group at a time.
While guest wing is private, the family living space is an open floor plan with an interior 'light shelf' with second story windows. The view is as though you are on a ship with water all around, and prime seating for sunsets.
Guests have access to their guest wing and dining room for breakfasts. They are also welcome to walk around from the main door and side sunken patio, and sit on the beach or enjoy a beach fire. Extended living room time, office or kitchen are reserved for family.
We are happy to engage guests, guide them or answer questions. It is our pleasure to make your stay an exceptional treat.
There is exceptional biking, hiking, wineries, breweries, and vistas to fill body and soul.
House rules: Enjoy the space and your time at the lake. Leave the room as you found it. No smoking, in or out, no pets, no extra guests. Go out and explore all the area has to offer then return home to your respite on the water.

Grew up on Keuka Lake in the 50s and 60s. Taught outside Boston in the 70s, then married and moved to Tucson with my professor husband Bill Filippone for 15 years where we raised Matt and Casey. When Bill died in 93, I moved with the boys to Washington DC for 9 years before moving back to the lake. Remarried in 2012 and built our beautiful lake house.
